We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the apartment’s location, found it clean, appreciated the comfortable beds and plentiful towels, and, importantly, found us responsive when you brought your concerns to our attention. The property is a period apartment, and like many character properties, it does retain some of the charm and features of its age. We appreciate that this may not be to every guest’s personal taste, and we understand that expectations around furnishings and finishes can naturally vary from guest to guest. We will, of course, always continue to review and maintain the property to ensure it remains comfortable and welcoming. We were sorry to hear that some aspects of the apartment did not meet your personal expectations. When these points were brought to our attention during your stay, we offered to have our team attend and address them promptly, although we completely appreciate that you did not wish to have maintenance visits during your holiday.
