The home features three luxurious king-size beds (one can be split into two singles upon request), a double bunk bed, and a sofa bed, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for all.



Cook and dine together in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a 10-seater dining table and all the cookware, cutlery, and glassware you’ll need for any occasion. Enjoy complimentary coffee, tea, and cooking essentials, or take advantage of the breakfast bar overlooking the terrace. The stylish living room offers a spacious, comfortable corner sofa, a double sofa, and a wall-mounted Smart TV—ideal for movie nights or relaxing after a day of exploring. Guests will have access to the entire space for themselves during their stay. Access details will be provided prior to your arrival.



Due to Brighton & Hove council restrictions we do not accept party groups, including stag and hen parties. There should not be noise in the outside areas after 9.30pm or before 8am, in consideration of the neighbours.



The Neighborhood:

The house is located just a 5 minute walk from Brighton Train Station, in the heart of Brighton's cultural area, the quirky North Laine.



Within a short stroll you will find the very best independent shops, restaurants and cafes as well as Brighton's cultural highlights such as the Brighton Dome, Brighton Pavilion & Gardens and the Theatre Royal.



Brighton Palace Pier and the seafront are just a 10 minute walk away and you can easily venture to other areas of the city like Kemptown or Hove. It really is an incredibly amazing location that's central yet quiet and pretty.
