The great thing about Harrogate is that it’s small enough town to be able to get most places on foot. If you do need to use public transport you are just a 4 minute walk from Harrogate Bus Station and a 9 minute walk from Harrogate Train Station.
➞ As standard we provide the following during your stay - Individually wrapped Tea, coffee, sugar, salt & pepper, and sauces to get you under way for your stay.
➞ Single-use individually wrapped shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and soap.
➞ Check in time is 16:00pm and check out time is 11:00am.
➞ Please note that parties and loud music are not permitted in this property. It is in a very peaceful residential area.
➞ Any disturbances caused will result in a £250 penalty fee.
➞ A replacement fee of £100 will be charged for any lost keys.
➞ Furnished Accommodation provide a hotel standard of service in all of our properties.
➞ We're like a hotel without staff. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned immediately after every guest checks out.
➞ Please note that we require all our guests to provide names of all guests staying and lead guest ID prior to check in which will be requested through a secure link via the Airbnb messaging service. This is for security and insurance purposes only.
Strictly no parties or events in the house. Guests will be asked to provide ID and will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property within 48 hours of booking. A £100 refundable damage deposit will be pre authorised before check-in and released up to 3 days after check-out once our property has been checked.
