About the Space:
This spacious flat features a bright and modern living room with two comfy sofas, a large dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen if you fancy cooking or preparing breakfast. There is a designated desk space and a fast internet connection for those who need to work. The bedrooms come with extra comfy super king and double beds, with plenty of space to store your belongings. The recently renovated bathroom ensures a refreshing experience.

Building:
The flat is located on the 2nd floor of a quiet residential building. Despite the current out-of-service lift (since January 2023), you'll be surprised by its spacious size once it’s operational.

Accommodation:
Ideal for up to 4 guests or 2 professionals, we can accommodate a 5th person in one of the bedrooms with a premium airbed. We provide clean sheets, towels, and shampoo for your convenience.

Full Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including all kitchen appliances and modern amenities.

Host Interaction:
We will stay in touch before your stay and will always try to personally meet you for check-in, offering tips to make the most of the area and London. We love travelling and helping our guests enjoy this wonderful city! Although we won’t stay at the property, we’re just a call, email, or text away.

The flat is located within less than 10 min walk from Old Street tube & rail station. You will also find buses taking you pretty much anywhere in and around London.

CHECK IN from 3pm
CHECK OUT by 11am

We agree together your ½ hour check-in slot according to your landing time allowing plenty of time for you to travel to the house.

We can always accommodate changes in check-in time up to the day before your check-in date and we will do our best to accommodate same day changes.

Please bear in mind that last minute changes or if you fail to let us know your arrival time has changed will incur an extra £30 for every hour or fraction of hour past the agreed arrival time. Please call, text or email when you are about to leave the airport.

LATE/EARLY CHECK IN/OUT FEES
• If you wish to book a check-in from 8pm to 11pm, it will incur an extra £50 fee.
• If you wish to book a check-in from 11pm onwards, it will incur an extra £100.
• You can book an early check-in or late check-out at a fee (according to availability), please ask for a quote.
• You can also drop your bags at no extra charge from 11am to 2pm if agreed in advance.

Please let me know in your enquiry how many people and how many beds do you require so that we can get them ready for you. Please note we charge an additional £18 per night for infants.

Interaction with Guests:
We will stay in touch with you before your stay and we will personally meet you for the check-in and provide you with some tips to make the most of the area and London.
