Beautiful and Modern 2-bedroom Apartment in Vauxhall
This beautiful, modern 2-bedroom apartment offers a spacious open-plan living/kitchen area that combines rustic charm with Scandinavian-inspired lighting and smart appliances. Located within a 5-minute walk from Vauxhall station, it provides easy access to most parts of London. Enjoy a scenic walk along the Thames River to the Tate Britain Museum, Westminster Abbey, and Big Ben.
Ideal for both; business and leisure travellers, this lovely Victorian property overlooks Vauxhall Park and is situated on one of the best roads in the area. It is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the best of Central London within minutes!
Important: please note that we had an external leak in the building. It has now been resolved so it is not leaking any more, but we still need to redecorate part of the ceiling/wall that has water marks in one of our bedrooms - we are waiting for it to dry completely (November 2024). We have lowered our rates to compensate for this inconvenience so we cannot agree to any further compensation for this issue.
The Space:
Bedrooms: Two bedrooms, each with a double bed and ample storage space for your belongings.
Living/Kitchen Area: The open-plan space features rustic brick walls, a comfortable leather sofa, Scandinavian-inspired lighting, and smart appliances. It’s the perfect place to unwind after a long day, with views of Vauxhall Park.
Bathroom: Recently renovated with a modern shower.
Amenities: Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, and other modern amenities to make you feel at home.
Guest Access:
You will have the entire property to yourselves with access to all facilities and amenities.
Host Interaction:
We will be in touch before your stay and personally meet you for check-in, providing tips to make the most of the area and London. While we won’t be staying at the property, we are always available via call, email, or text.
The Neighbourhood:
Vauxhall, situated across the river from Pimlico and Westminster, boasts some of London's most charming garden squares. Enjoy leafy Bonnington Square with its excellent and affordable vegetarian restaurant, The Bonnington Cafe, and the charming Italo deli. Brunswick House offers a unique dining experience in an antique-filled Georgian mansion. For leisure, head to Cleaver Square for a game of petanque. Vauxhall's residents are a mix of young professionals, intellectuals, and a large LGBTQ+ community. The Victoria Line takes you to Oxford Circus in about ten minutes, making Vauxhall a great base for exploring the city.

We agree on an ½ hour check-in slot according to your landing time, allowing plenty of time for travel to the house. Last-minute changes or failure to inform us of arrival time changes will incur an extra £30 for every hour or fraction of an hour past the agreed arrival time.
