With a fully equipped kitchen, open-plan living space, WiFi throughout, and all the essentials for a comfortable stay, it’s the ideal base for exploring the city.

Finished to a high standard, the apartment offers:
-Open-Plan Living Area: Modern kitchen fully equipped for home cooking, dining table, comfortable sofa, armchair, and smart TV.
-WiFi: High-speed broadband throughout the apartment.
-Bedroom: Comfortable double bed with crisp hotel-quality linen and ample storage.
-Bathroom: Contemporary bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, complimentary toiletries, and fluffy towels.
-Sofa Bed: The living room sofa converts into a single bed (please select 3 guests when booking and request sofa bed setup before arrival).
Laundry: Paid laundry facilities available in the communal area.
Guest Access:
Guests have sole access to the apartment for the duration of their stay.

Located in the City Centre, you are within walking distance of most major attractions and landmarks, as well as a huge array of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. There are a number of small supermarkets just around the corner from the building. Points of interest within walking distance include; Matthew Street - home to the City’s famous music venue the Cavern Club and a host of other bars and clubs, Liverpool One Shopping centre, the Liver Building, the Beatles Statue and the Royal Albert Dock - Home to a host of Galleries and Museums, including the Beatles Museum, as well as cafes, bars and restaurants overlooking the docks.
Getting Around:
As mentioned, most major attractions are within walking distance, however there are also a number of bus routes servicing the road around the corner from the building. Liverpool Central Train Station is just 5 minutes walk away.
Other Things to Note:
The sofa in the living room also turns into a bed for 1 person if you should need it (please select 3 guests when booking and request sofa bed before arrival)
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Just bear in mind that it is kitted for 3 people.
Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance.
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.
Late check-in fees:
· For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is a £50 fee.
· For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is a £75 fee.
For security reasons:
· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
