There is a dead animal in that house somewhere. It smells horrible like death. There’s a dead mouse inside a cleaning closet. It’s connected with a window to one bathroom. There was a door that went to the kitchen, but it was locked. They sent cleaners who covered the smell with cleaning products and didn’t have a key to the locked room. After a short time the smell came back and was worse. We had to keep the windows open all night and it still stunk. We were cold and uncomfortable and the smell gave my wife a migraine. My kids had to sleep in a room next to the smelly bathroom. I was worried for our health from such a stench. It was nauseating and unbearable. We mostly stayed away from the house because it was so bad. This was the WORST experience I have ever experienced while traveling. I would NEVER recommend this place and it ruined my entire trip. I was there to visit family for my birthday and I’m VERY Disappointed. I would like a refund as I had many other options that would have been better. I explained where the smell came from and that the door was locked and somehow they came to clean with no key to enter the room that was the source of the smell. My wife has felt ill, my kids have been nauseated all weekend and my birthday celebration was ruined. I want my money back for such a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
