A 4 bedroom 4 bathroom home close to Cheltenham Town Centre with outside courtyard, fully equipped kitchen / diner and a comfortable lounge.
Spread over 3 floors this modern town townhouse can accommodate up to 8 guests. On the ground floor is a hallway that leads to the fully equipped kitchen / diner with a dining table for up to 6 guests with patio doors leading to the rear patio garden with an outdoor seating area for up to 6 guests. Off the hallway, at the front of the house, is a small double bedroom which has an en suite shower room.
On the first floor there is a comfortable lounge to the front which can accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably and another, bigger, double bedroom, again an en suite shower.
On the top floor are two more double bedrooms both with en suite shower rooms. All the bedrooms have double beds, wardrobes and desks and also benefit from having wall mounted flat screen TV's too.
Parking available a 3 minute walk away at West End Car Park and is £12 per 24 hour period.

Sadly there is no guaranteed parking with the house. You may find free street parking in the area but your best option is The West End Car Park with is £12 per 24 hours and a short 3 minute walk away.
Our home comes with Wifi, flat screen TV's in the lounge and all 4 bedrooms rooms, which enables you to watch Netflix and other online services.
Off road parking is located a 3 minute walk away at West End Car Park which is charged at £12 per day.
We also supply all linen for all beds along with mattress and pillow protectors. There will be a bath and hand towel per guest along with bath/shower mats in each bathroom. Toilet roll is also provided along with a small selection of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and soap in the bathrooms. In the kitchen we provide a tea towel.
We provide complimentary housekeeping services for stays longer then 7 nights. If you require additional items or housekeeping services for stays shorter then 7 nights please contact us for availability and pricing.
Our check in and out times are listed on the property information. Where we can we do try to accommodate early check ins, we generally will be able to let you know on the day if we can do this as soon as the apartment is available. If you wish for a later check out please contact us directly for pricing and availability.
Noise to be kept to a minimum between 11pm and 7am.
Shoes should be taken off on carpets.
Pets are welcomed at an additional charge of £20 per day.
The sofa bed and en suite shower in the lounge can be offered and made up for an additional charge of £20 per stay or per week for longer stays. For parties of 9 & 10 this will be standard.
