When I arrive at Villa Javi I see a wonderful place to relax and create pleasant moments together. A nice villa for young and older. The garden is beautiful with the colorful bougainvillea and various seating areas. A nice sun terrace to relax all day long. And not unimportant. There is a swimming pool!

The villa is located in Balcon al Mar. Balcon al Mar belongs to the popular holiday destination Javea and is located in the Cape of La Nao. A beautiful villa area with a view of impressive cliffs above the sea. The location of the area consists of an infrastructure with restaurants, supermarket and beautiful bays. The Arenal area, the sandy beach of Javea with its pleasant boulevard and restaurants, is just a 10-minute drive away.

When I think of this beautiful villa, I immediately think of a great holiday for families. The children have fun in the swimming pool. The adults have a nice chat, drink cool drinks on the terrace, listen to some music or read a book while lazing in the sun on the lounger. BBQ together at the long table. A game of darts, Jeu de Boules, ping pong, it's all there. Or head out to the most beautiful bays in the immediate area.

Villa Javi has a practical layout for families or friendly families who want to go on holiday together. Everyone has their own place to retreat for a while. With no fewer than five bedrooms and four bathrooms, divided between the main house and the separate apartment. The ideal holiday spot for no fewer than twelve people. From the higher part you have a sea view. The spacious terrace on the balcony gives a feeling of luxury and gives you a beautiful view of the many Cyprus trees in the area. The apartment can be reached via a separate entrance on the side of the villa. Situated in complete privacy. Your own sleeping place for two with box spring, air conditioning and sufficient cupboard space and a modern bathroom (of course adding a cot is also an option).
