Colico Piano - within walking distance of Piona beach

Just a few steps from the wonderful Piona Bay (10-minute walk), 1.5 km from Colico's lido, and 2 km from the center of Colico and the train station. The small Piona station is 450 meters away.

The road to the lake is flat. The beaches and the center of Colico can be easily reached on foot or by bicycle via Via dei Ciacc (accessible from across the house), which passes through an agricultural area where car traffic is allowed only for a few residents.

The apartment, located on the first floor of a recently built complex in a quiet setting with few units, is spread over two floors.

On the first floor, there is a living room with access to the balcony, a bathroom with a shower, and an eat-in kitchen with a second balcony.

The second floor, attic-style but with excellent ceiling heights (minimum 1.90 m), consists of a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with a bathtub.

Guests are asked to respect the neighbors and the apartment.

Waste collection is separated and follows the municipal schedule, which will be made available to guests.

Tourist tax: €1 per day per person (max 15 nights) for those aged 16 and over, to be paid on-site
