Villa St Thomas ist ein sehr privater Ort auf 353 Fuß Meerfront. Unser privater Vereinsstrand ist nur 300 Meter entfernt. 8 km Fahrt zum Strand von Lindquist.
Wir sind eine Meile westlich von Red Hook und allen lokalen Restaurants, eine Meile westlich der Fähre, die nach St. John und dem BVI fährt, und eine halbe Meile östlich des berühmten Lindquist Beach.
Es gibt drei Teile unseres Hauses, die alle Zugang zu unserem sehr privaten Infinity-Pool und Whirlpool haben.
Unser Mietpreis basiert auf 8 Gästen, jeder Gast über 8 ist $ 100 pro Person pro Nacht. Bei einer Anmietung von 10 Personen ist das Ferienhaus im Mietpreis enthalten.

Wir empfehlen eine Reiserücktrittsversicherung aufgrund der Wetterbedingungen.

DAS HAUPTHAUS
3 Schlafzimmer.
Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über zwei Badezimmer.
Das 2. und 3. Schlafzimmer haben jeweils ein eigenes Bad oder können als Familiensuite genutzt werden.
Große Küche, Essbereich, Platz für bis zu 12 Personen und bis zu 8 Personen am Pool und ein großes Wohnzimmer mit großem TV, um sich einfach zurückzulehnen.
Alle Bereiche haben direkten Zugang zum Schwimmbad.

UNTERE NIVEAU Zugang über die Außentreppe, um die Ebene am Pool zu senken.
Verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett, eine Sitzecke, ein Badezimmer und ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Queensize-Bett und 2 Einzelbetten.
Ideal für eine kleine Familie.

Es gibt ein großes Deck direkt am Meer von den oberen und unteren Ebenen.
Vom Unterdeck aus sind es 20 Stufen bis zum Meer für großartiges Schnorcheln und Kajakfahren.

HÜTTE
Dieses befindet sich 8 Fuß östlich der Haupthausküche und verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit König, Bad, Küche und Wohnzimmer mit eigener Terrasse. Ideal für ein Paar, das nur etwas mehr Privatsphäre möchte. Das Ferienhaus ist bei einer Vermietung von 10 Personen inbegriffen.

Es gibt zwei Spielstifte für Kleinkinder, aber wir bauen sie nicht auf. Jede Haftung, die aus unsachgemäßer Einrichtung resultiert, liegt beim Mieter!

We had a great stay at the villa. The layout with bedrooms upstairs and down was good for multiple families. We also loved the expansive outdoor space. A lot of places to relax and find shade. The kids really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The property is close to Red Hook and multiple different beaches. We would definitely stay again!

We traveled with a total of 10 people, 6 adults and 4 kids. This house was absolutely perfect! We had enough space to not be on top of each other while still being able to spend quality time together. The house was fully stocked with everything we could have wanted. Having beach chairs and a cooler for us to use was a game changer and something I haven’t experienced at a VRBO before. The communication with the host and property manager was so easy. The property manager called me prior to our arrival to make sure we had everything we needed. From booking to checkout everything was perfection!

If you like the pictures you will love this place. Everything is as good or better in person. Amazing views, very clean, well stocked and even more spacious than I thought. Marty was such a wonderful host. He greeted us and gave us the tour of this beautiful property! He gave us lots of good advice and was always available when I contacted him. The property was so perfect. Our family consisted of 2 couples and 3 grandkids (ages 17, 20 and 24). There was plenty of room to spread out but we mostly met outside at the hot tub and pool whenever we weren’t on excursions. The view was truly spectacular!!! I would encourage everyone to book this property if you enjoy privacy, spacious living space, beautiful views. It was very clean and has all of the amenities you could want.

The Villa and view exceeded every expectation. Absolutely fantastic vacation. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by our 5 grandchildren and 6 adults, especially in the evening. Nearby grocery stores were convenient. We made most of our meals at the Villa and the kitchen was well stocked. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Island paradise!

Beautiful property with privacy for all. House is in great condition and has an amazing northwest view for sunsets over the pool. Lots of interior and exterior space. Manager is a local with lots of good advice for fishing, snorkeling, restaurants, etc. enjoy!

St Thomas Vacation

Absolutely gorgeous house and property. On a calm day, snorkeling in front of house was best on the island!

This place was absolutely incredible. I can only hope that someday I can return. From the moment we walked until the moment we left we were all in awe and said so many times how grateful we were to be there. It was extremely clean, kitchen was stocked with pans and cooking utensils, beds were comfortable, the pool and hot tub were a dream, and the sound system was wonderful. We felt 100% safe here. You can tell the owner takes great pride in the property and truly puts a lot of effort in to making sure his guests are happy. 5 stars !

My wife Coni and I are 72 years old and both retired from the dental field.
Coni worked as a hygienist in a hospital dental clinic.
I had a private practice for 41 years.
This is our 8th year in St Thomas, third year in Marathon and Islamorada and have had rental homes in Grand Rapids and two in Whistler over the past for 24 years.

We have always looked for high end properties that we can enjoy as well as others.
We are looking for renters who will care for our home and hope to provide a great vacation experience.

We are one of very few homes on St Thomas which have access to ocean right out the front door!
Snorkel out the front door or just kick back by the Infinity pool and relax.
Villa St Thomas is a very private location located on 353 feet of ocean front.

Our private association beach is a 400 yard easy walk.
.5 mile drive to Lindquist beach.
We are one mile west of Red Hook and all the local dining spots, one mile west of the ferry that goes to St John and BVI, and one half mile east of the famous Lindquist Beach. .
There are three parts to our home which all have access to our very private Infinity pool and hot tub.
