The flat, which benefits from having indipendent access and private parking, is located in the hospital/University quarter and is far just five minutes walking distance from the university and ten minutes walking distance from the main hospital of the city, the Policlinico universitario in Via Giustiniani.

The flat comprises of:
- open plan living room/kitchen with direct access to a pretty small balcony, is equipped with dining table and chairs, a sofa bed, a small desk and a smart TV.
- Fully fitted kitched equipped with fridge/freezer, hobs, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffe machine, kettle, toaster and orange squeezer.
- Double bedroom furnished with a double bed, a big wardrobe, two bedside tables, an armchair and a free-standing mirror.
- Fenestrated bathroom equipped with WC, shower, basin, bidet and washing machine.
Amenities: WIFI, heating, air conditioning.

A cradle is available to hire with an extra cost of €7 per day.

The apartment has a self check-in system with a key box located outside the house, so you will be able to access the property with the personal code that we will provide you on the day of your arrival.

Important: To receive this code and instructions to access the property you will have to complete the check-in online form providing your data and IDs and pay the Tourist Tax.

The City Tax is not included and you will be required to pay it before your arrival; Padova City Council set €2,5 per person per night for the first five days of your stay.
