This Host thinks of the small details. They have two fridges which was awesome for a large group. A lot of space. All the bedrooms were well equipped with comfort. Anna was available at a moments notice, and she was initiating conversation. We would definitely rent again!

Booked for our yearly trip to Ocean Lakes. Property was clean and had everything you could need. They even had beach toys and chairs to use if you dont bring your own. It is close enough to the beach that you can see it from the driveway. We will definitely stay there again!

House was in a great part of the park. There was a lot of things that was a little off and strange. Owner answered messages fast. Had issues with the golf carts. The rug on the screen in porch is a horrible fall risk. The ramp is very steep if you have to push someone in a wheel chair or if they are using a walker. Very spacious, Great view of the halloween house from the front porch.

Thank you for your review. I feel it is a direct response to the review I gave you for not following house rules. When your family got to the house they said they loved it and it was "perfect for them." I did not have the opportunity of meeting you. You specifically asked for check out instructions. I text them to you, they are on the app and there is a list of "house rules" by the front door. They were not followed. **There was an issue with the smaller golf cart that Ocean lakes fixed within a couple hours. The larger golf cart had a broken seat. I was repairing it prior to arrival. I was very apologetic because it was a surprise to me when I got there It did not affect their check in. **At check out, there was poop in the shower and 2 toilets & dog food on the kitchen floor ***furniture moved and not returned. Beach cart left on the porch ***The green garbage can was spilling over, not brought to the road and a blocking a golf cart. ***The golf carts were not left charging for the next guest. My cleaner spent hours in a home that smelled like poop and is going back tomorrow to bring air fresheners. I sent you a video of how it was left and you did not respond. If I had a renter coming in today, they would have an issue with the smell. Luckily, they come on Monday. My number one priority is that each guest has a great vacation. The house rules/check out instructions are in place to help with this. When Issues arise, I try to get them taken care of asap.

Great stay for family

We chose this house because of the ramp and it worked well for our family including our special needs son. It is close to the beach and convenient to all Ocean Lakes has to offer. We rode bikes and enjoyed the use of the golf cart provided.

Perfect!

My family and I stayed here for a month! It truly was home away from home! We had plenty of room and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again and plan on it! The owner was very pleasant and was very responsive during our stay.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful time this week at Ocean Lakes, and the house was perfect for our two families. We had a total of 8 people and the layout of the house allowed for plenty of space to spread out for both families. The house was clean and equipped with what we needed to enjoy our stay.

The house fit our needs satisfactorily. It's spacious kitchen and roomy bedrooms were nice. We really appreciated the golf cart and bicycles. Definitely would come again.

We are a family of 11 and over the years have outgrown other places at Ocean Lakes as grandkids were added. This was a PERFECT place for all of us to have a great week at the beach. The sleeping areas are roomy and there are three bathrooms. The living area is comfortable and flows into the large kitchen and dining area. The place comes with two golf carts which saved a lot of money on rentals. The place is in a quiet section of Ocean Lakes and just two blocks from the beach. Anna the host was so accommodating! When I asked before we booked whether there was a recliner, she said no. But when I explained that my wife cannot sleep in a bed due to health issues, the host went out and purchased a recliner for her to sleep in! In addition to the golf carts, the place comes with items for the beach, games to play and a back yard with a hammock and swing. We have been going to Ocean Lakes for 25 years, and this was the BEST place for our family's needs.

Wonderful place to stay

We had a wonderful time here at MH403. This home is spacious with plenty of rooms and no one felt crowded. It's a very short walk to the pool and the beach. But of course you can also just ride the golf cart which my family loved. Wonderful place to make memories for a lifetime.

Definitely will book again!

This was our first time booking this property but definitely will not be our last . The house was clean and well maintained and the owners were very responsive to any questions that I had . The location is convenient and our kids loved the bikes that were provided while we enjoyed the rocking chairs and the spacious deck . Definitely perfect for the family !

We loved the open space of kitchen/dining area and living room. The one level house was a plus with having small kids. Screened in porch was a hit for the kids and adults. Also the golf cart was a plus. The location was excellent! We had an awesome week.

Summer Fun

The property manager / owner was excellent! Communication with her was amazing! The camp ground where the house it offers everything you can need. The house is nice but the front screened porch was our favorite room. The gold cart made everything convenient as well. We had a wonderful vacation in the home. Thank you.

Exactly what we needed!

The house was exactly as advertised and fit our family perfectly! The use of the golf cart was great as it is much easier to drive around Ocean Lakes with a golf cart than a car! We loved just hopping in the golf cart and going to the pool or beach! Check in was super easy & fast which was really nice after a long drive in. Property manager was really helpful and responds quickly! Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome.

We always enjoy our stay at OL, in a house or camping. We chose a house this time so we could be more comfortable and the kids could get in out of the sun. While I usually stick to OL properties I decided to try VRBO this time, and Im happy we did. Owner of the property is incredible and responds quickly to any questions or issues that arose. Overall we were happy with our choice, convient to the beach, parks Water Park, Rec Center and Sandy Mart, plus it's handicapped accessible for our parents. The included golf cart made the kids evenings awesome so they could be included in the golf cart parades at night.
