Woodpecker offers stylish single story family friendly accommodation, in the countryside close to the north Norfolk coast. The barn conversion has lofty beamed ceilings and a bright open living space. Perfect for guests of all ages, the cottage has French doors and a private patio with direct access to extensive fenced gardens where children can run and play. You'll find plenty to do on site, including taking a dip in the luxury indoor heated pool, tennis or activities in the games room.

Woodpecker has 3 bedrooms and an open plan kitchen dining & living space with comfy sofas and a Smart TV with access to Netflix etc. The main bedroom has a king-sized bed with storage space in the wardrobes and a small ensuite shower room with W.C and hand basin. The cosy twin bedroom has a two 3ft single beds and storage space. The third bedroom has a 3ft single bed or space for a travel cot plus storage in the wardrobe. There's a family bathroom with a bath and over bath shower, handbasin & WC. Fluffy white hand and bath towels and handmade hospitality soap is provided for guest use. The home from home kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of cupboard & worktop space, ideal for whipping up family meals and picnics. Appliances include a cooker, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Cupboards and drawers are stocked with cutlery, crockery glasses pans and oven trays. There is also a toaster, Tassimo coffee machine and cafetiere and tea towels and oven gloves are provided.

Outside you'll find a private patio and fenced garden with a gate and direct access to the shared gardens and play areas. The patio is equipped with a charcoal barbecue and garden furniture ideal for informal al fresco dining. The gardens are East facing and an ideal spot for a sundowner, as the sun sets at the end of a busy day exploring the Norfolk coast. There is plenty of private parking and E.V. charging available onsite.
