Guests will have exclusive access to the entire studio apartment, ensuring privacy and comfort throughout your stay.

Please note that the entrance is shared with other apartments in the block. Rest assured, once inside, the studio is completely yours to enjoy. The guests have access to all of the apartment during the stay, except the locked cleaning cupboard.

For those using public transport, this location offers excellent connectivity. Several bus stops are just a short walk away, providing direct routes across the city. Liverpool Lime Street and Central Station are both within walking distance, offering fast rail links to local and national destinations. Taxis and ride-sharing services like Uber are also readily available, making travel easy and convenient.

To book with us, we require the lead guest to complete our online check-in form, which includes a simple rental agreement to our T&Cs and the provision of a government-issued photo ID (Driving Licence only) before we can provide any access details.

We also require the lead guest to be over the age of 21 years old.

Please be aware that while the apartment offers a serene escape inside, it is located in a lively urban area, so you may experience the typical sounds of city life.

Additionally, the building's entrance and common areas are shared with other residents of the block. We strive to ensure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible and are always available to address any questions or needs you might have.
