We are delighted to welcome you to our charming 3-bedroom home located at Chigwell, IG7.
This property is ideal for families and small groups seeking a comfortable and convenient stay. Enjoy the spacious garden, fully-equipped kitchen, and open-plan lounge, perfect for relaxation and dining.

Step inside our spacious home!
As you enter the property you will step inside the open plan lounge dining room. It is spacious and features two larges sofas, perfect for relaxing while watching the Smart TV (please provide own log ins for streaming services).
One of the sofas can be made up as a sofa bed to accommodate further guests, please do let us know ahead of you booking (48 hours notice) so that we can have this prepared for you).
There is a dining table within this space, ideal for socialising round with friends and family.
The kitchen is well equipped with both large and smaller appliances including; fridge-freezer, oven, hob, washer-dryer, toaster, kettle and other smaller appliances.
You will also find a breakfast bar/table area for up to 4 guests in the kitchen.

- Bedroom 2: 2 single beds
- Bedroom 3: 1 single bed
One family bathroom with a bath, WC, and sink, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration.
The garden is perfect for families as it is a good size and provides a lot of space for children to play in. There is a picnic table where guests can dine al fresco!
The garden itself is fully enclosed and private.
Chigwell is a charming area with plenty to offer. From picturesque parks to local shops and eateries, you’ll find everything you need within a short distance. The nearby public transport links make it easy to explore the wider London area.
Parking is on street parking outside of the property. There are no restrictions and available on a first come first serve basis.
Guests will have access to the whole property but will not have access to the garage.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
