The Port Avenue Duplex is a modern and bright space, located on the ground floor very close to the Port Avenue of Valencia, near the main beaches and the City of Arts and Sciences, where the fishing tradition and modernity come together.

Upon crossing the apartment door, you will be greeted by a very bright ground floor. This floor has a fully equipped kitchen, with everything you need to prepare your meals: fridge, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee machine with coffee capsules and herbal teas courtesy. Everything is designed so that you can enjoy your meals at home, providing you with a comfortable and economical alternative.
