Keepers Annexe is a lovely Cotswold studio apartment near Cranham which sleeps 2+1 guests, with the +1 option being a trundle bed suitable for a child under 12, with a contemporary shower room. Despite its compact size, the interiors are light, bright, and beautifully decorated. This lovely annexe sits in the grounds of the owners' house, with the space thoughtfully designed to create a charming bolthole. With its rural location, Keepers Annexe is a great option for avid ramblers, as well as those who are looking to be within easy reach of nearby vibrant Cheltenham. The terrace offers a wonderful suntrap to relax and admire the stunning countryside views. Keepers Annexe is a dog friendly holiday home, suitable for one medium sized dog!

This one bedroom Cotswold holiday home near Cranham is the perfect base for a couples retreat exploring the central Cotswolds. The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Keepers Annexe is accessed via an external staircase and is set on the first floor
Bedroom/sitting area (Sleeps 2+1)
Sunny aspect with vaulted patio doors and windows overlooking the neighbouring field, king size bed, single trundle bed (available on request for a child under 12), two-seater sofa, Smart TV, ottoman, footstool, Bose wireless system, selection of books and games, and dining table seating two
Kitchenette
Compact space with Nespresso coffee machine (starter supply of pods provided), double electric induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave oven, kettle and toaster
Shower room
Walk-in rain shower, loo, basin and heated towel rail

The maximum occupancy for this property is 3 guests, though the number of adults per booking is capped at 2. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 1 additional infant (aged 2 or under)

1 travel cot is available on request (please bring your own linen for the travel cot, as this is not provided)
