Fitted out to an exceptionally high standard with interiors and furniture the property benefits from a huge amount of natural light from the large French Doors whilst also remaining quiet at night due to a double layered glazing blocking out the Town Centre noise.

Guest access
Guests have access to the whole property during their stay. The property is NOT shared with anyone else.

Other things to note
The nearest Supermarket is the Marks & Spencer opposite, there is also a Tesco which is a 2 minute walk away. Local pubs and bars are located nearby due to the Centre of Town location, just off The Parade, Leamington Spa.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
