Have a fantastic stay in this charming 2-bedroom retreat nestled in the heart of Kidbrooke, Greenwich. Perfectly situated for exploring all that this historic area has to offer, our cosy home promises comfort, convenience, and a touch of luxury
The space
This home features two bedrooms, a full kitchen and dining room making it ideal for small families, couples, or solo travellers seeking a place to call home during their travels.
As you step through the door, you are welcomed into the lounge area. Where there is a large comfortable sofa, perfect for relaxing on while watching tv. There is a coffee table just in front of the sofa to add to that home from home feel.
Moving through to the kitchen dining area, you will find a well equipped kitchen complete with washing machine and dishwasher. There is a stylish dining table for 3 people.
Upstairs the master bedroom boasts a luxurious super king bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. There is modern, clean en-suite from the master bedroom. This has a large shower, wc and basin.
While the second bedroom offers a comfortable single bed for an additional guest or child. If you would like (or need) to do some work during your stay, there is a small desk and chair in the second bedroom. Perfect for a little bit of privacy!
There is a spacious family bathroom, with bath, shower over the bath, wc and basin.
Guests are welcome to use the garden space. There are chairs and a table out there for your enjoyment. It is private and secure.
There is free parking on the driveway for one vehicle. The house is located within the London Ultra Low Emissions Zone (ULEZ) and charges may apply for drivers.
The home is professionally cleaned and the linen and towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay. Each guest will receive one hand towel and one shower towel for the stay.
There will be some complimentary tea and coffee, as well as travel-sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel, and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll, and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there is an Aldi supermarket 4 minutes drive or a 10 minute walk away.

Guests will have access to all of the property during their stay.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
