Plas Gwyn is a spacious and unique cottage which has been perfectly designed to accommodate extended families and friends looking for a relaxing holiday together.


This self-catering holiday cottage enters into the spacious hallway with doors leading to all rooms.


Kitchen


Well-equipped with everything you will need for your self-catering holiday including electric oven and grill, electric hob, microwave, American fridge/freezer and dishwasher, table and chairs sitting up to 6 people. Door to the upstairs accommodation.


Lounge/Dining Area


Comfortable sofa and dining seating for up to 10 people. Smart TV with Freeview. Double doors open out onto the peaceful decked area which overlooks the large, enclosed garden, furnished with table and chairs.


Bedroom 1 and Ensuite


King-size bed and Smart TV with Freeview. Ensuite comprises a shower unit, toilet and washbasin.

Two bunk beds (both double with single over - top single bunk is suitable for children only). Smart TV with Freeview.

Super-king bed (can be made into 2 singles on request).

Enclosed shower unit, toilet and washbasin.

Washing machine and tumble dryer.


Upstairs is accessed through the internal door and staircase.

Double bed. Distant sea views. Ensuite comprises shower unit, toilet and washbasin.

Bedroom 2: Bunk bed (double bed with single over - the top single is suitable for children only).

The cottage boasts a large raised decked terrace and enclosed garden to the rear, furnished with outdoor table, chairs and one BBQ.
