Welcome to Cutkieve Cottage in Pensilva. This charming holiday retreat is nestled in the tranquil beauty of Cornwall's moorland region, offering the perfect starting point for your Cornish adventure.



Accommodating up to three guests, the cottage features a warm and inviting living room with comfortable seating, TV, and Wi-Fi. The well-equipped kitchen is ideal for an easy self-catered stay, with amenities including an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, and fridge.



Sleep soundly in the comfortable double and small double bedrooms. A full bathroom with shower, basin, and WC, along with an additional ground floor cloakroom, completes the accommodation.



Outside, the large front garden provides a lovely spot to enjoy the views, with lawn, patio, and seating. Guests can start their day with a morning coffee in the private garden, admiring the lush greenery, or enjoy an al fresco meal in the warmer months.



Situated near one of Cornwall's newest attractions The Story of Emily, a unique & powerful experience that blends history with cutting-edge technology. Explore the natural beauty of Bodmin Moor, with landmarks such as the Cheesewring Quarry and the Hurlers stone circles. Siblyback Reservoir offers fishing and watersports, while the market town of Liskeard and coastal towns like Looe, Polperro, and Fowey are within easy reach. The cottage offers a peaceful escape, with the local shop just 2.3 miles away and a nearby pub within 2.5 miles.



The cottage is suitable for couples or small families. Please contact Finest Retreats for any enquiries for workers to stay at this property, as they are reviewed on a case by case basis. The owner lives in another property onsite, check in is between 3-8pm. Please note the stairway is traditional in style and may not be suitable for those with reduced mobility.
