Einzigartiges Anwesen in der Wohnanlage des Rumbling Bald Resort auf ĂŒber 1,5 Hektar Land mit einem Forellenbach, WasserfĂ€llen und einem Schwimmloch. Das Haupthaus bietet Platz fĂŒr bis zu 12 Personen in vier Schlafzimmern und einem Schlafraum. Das Cabin Guest House & Pavilion verfĂŒgt ĂŒber einen großen ĂŒberdachten Versammlungsbereich (20 Fuß mal 30 Fuß) sowie einen 650 Quadratmeter großen Schlaf- / Wohnbereich mit 2 Etagenbetten (Queen unten und Twin oben). Neben Zentralheizung und Luft sind beide mit großen Deckenventilatoren fĂŒr die warmen Sommertage sowie Kaminen fĂŒr kĂŒhle Bergabende ausgestattet.

Zahlreiche Veranden, Terrassen und Innenhöfe bieten viele Möglichkeiten, um sich mit Familie und Freunden zu treffen oder um alleine einen ruhigen Ort zu finden. Setzen Sie sich in die Schaukel am Bach und genießen Sie das beruhigende Rauschen der WasserfĂ€lle, braten Sie Marshmallows in der Feuerstelle oder spielen Sie Brettspiele am warmen Feuer.

Das Haus verfĂŒgt ĂŒber ausreichend ParkplĂ€tze und einen einfachen Zugang zum Be- und Entladen. Wir sind gĂŒnstig in der NĂ€he des Strandes, der Pools, des Wellnesscenters, des Clubhauses und des Golfplatzes gelegen.

We enjoyed our time at this house. There are a lot of places for everyone to sleep with nice size beds. The stream in the backyard is absolutely gorgeous and relaxing to listen to. The neighborhood is beautiful along with the mountain views. We were able to rent golf carts at the clubhouse. All of the club staff members were very friendly. This rental comes with a lot of perks and things to do.

Bold Stream was great.

The house provided plenty of sleeping options for our group of 14. We spent lots of time at the pool and lazy river and we all played pickle ball nearly every day. The guys got in a couple of rounds of golf.(pretty humbling on a real challenging course!). The property grounds gave us all room to roam and the creek was a huge hit for the kids, even though my wife and I kind of worried about them falling on the rocks. All was fine though and the creek proved to be a daily gathering place for the family..We had a great week. Tom Riecke

Awesome property!

The outdoor property is the outstanding asset of this place, especially if you have kids! An outstanding tree swing, fire pit pit for group campfires, awesome amenities atthe resort, you'll be outside a lot! No cell phone service, but wifi is available and the bunk bed room on first floor is not climate controlled but property manager is totally responsive to any needs you may have . Lovely Home

The property was perfect for our family of 10. We utilized both the house and the cabin, which was so great. We were able to hear the stream 24/7. The grandkids enjoyed throwing sticks in the waterfalls and playing in the swimming hole. We rented a golf cart and rode the short distance to the pool and beach area. There were so many nice amenities in Rumbling Bald Resort. We hope to return next year!

Great Place to Stay in Rumbling Bald Resort

Booked this home for a golf trip for 12 friends. Guest house was great, owner communicated regularly, and location was fantastic. Had a great stay. Seems like home would be great for families, as well.

Family trip

Five married daughters along with our 92 yr old Dad stayed for a week. We loved the beautiful stream and large screened porch. Wifi was spotty, i believe possibly due to storm right before our visit.? Theres a beautiful bedroom on entrance floor which was great for Dad , but the many stairs and uneven ground outside was a concern if you have mobility issues( but it IS a mountain house, right?) There are two nice bedrooms downstairs w lots of room but the third bedroom is small. The pavillion beside the stream is very nice w everything you need for a great family gathering and the cabin can sleep six very comfortably! We appreciate that garbage is stored in a safe, bear proof place and we didnt have to take it to dump ourselves.Our favorite place was the screened porch with nice table, chairs and soft lounge chairs. We ve stayed in several houses in Rumbling Bald resort and this house is very special. We also enjoy going to town of Lake Lure , with the shoppes and Burntshirt winery/ Bistro etc. And the pontoon boat tour of Lake Lure was pleasant and of course the Golf!! Toni is a great host !

Our family of 12 had a wonderful experience at this property. The home was comfy and cozy and the property surrounding the home was very peaceful and surreal. Perfect place for our 4 grandchildren and grand dogs. I wish it would have been a summer visit so the kids could have swam.

Our Son's Wedding

This home was so close to the resort where we had our son's wedding, only a golf cart ride away.. The owner was always easy to reach and ck in/ck out was a breeze... The river and Pavillion added the right touch to the celebration where 3 generations and friends came together for a wonderful time for our son's wedding weekend!

Creek side Living!

We really enjoyed our week at this property in Rumbling Bald. Our favorite activity (besides hiking) was sitting on the screened porch and listening to the creek early in the morning and late at night. The resort was a bit too busy for us but we enjoyed the tranquility of local trails instead. The screens on the porch could be cleaned and tightened and a few things inside need updating but everything worked and the home was very clean. What an oasis.

Second visit and it just keeps getting better!

We had an amazing week at Toni's property with my two sons and daughter in law, all of my grandkids, and two nieces. We did it all: played in the stream, enjoyed paddle boarding and water skiing on the lake, horseback riding, golf, hiked at chimney rock, grilling nightly at the pavilion and even had our own karaoke night! The kids love the stream and the amazing swing. What a fantastic way to spend quality time together, enjoying nature at it's finest. Thank you Toni for sharing this gorgeous property with so many of us. P.S. We also love the Apple Valley farm stand!

Wonderful Family vacation spot

We had a wonderful stay at this home at Lake Lure. The property was just as described and matched the photos as expected. When we did have minor questions pop up, Toni was very quick to respond. The home felt safe, comfortable, and clean. There was plenty of space to spread out with our group but also felt like we were all together. The house sits in a gated, golfing community but this house feels so removed from that, really feels like your in your own world. The creek created great ambiance with the constant flowing water, and the kids liked spacing around in the small pools of water (the rocks are very slippery as Toni mentions!). The amenities that come with this home really made the difference too. Having access to the pool, lazy river/splash pad, hiking trails, putt putt, boat/kayak/paddle board rentals and restaurants was perfect for our group with 6 kids ages 3-12. All the kids had fun on this trip without a doubt. We would definitely stay at this home again in the future.

Family Vacation

This property was perfect for our family of nine. The inside was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. It had a large island/counter space that allowed several to be in the kitchen at once. The screened porch was our favorite gathering space where we could watch and listen to the rushing water of the stream. Several family members played golf and enjoyed an outing on the lake. We rented a golf cart that made it convenient to easily move about the resort.

I own a real estate company in Merritt Island Florida. My dream has always been to own a house in the mountains on a stream! This home far exceeds my dreams!! The stream is amazing!! The home sits on 1.64 acres and the stream runs right through my property! I have 6 children and 12 grandchildren. Our first visit they were tubing down the stream! Its very private and very peaceful!! I will visit several times throughout the year! But when i am not there I am happy to share my little piece of paradise with you.
