This delightful 250m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this relaxing city. It is located on the 5th floor and has a lift access.

It is designed with vibrant and open living and kitchen areas. The living space features a lovely sitting area where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city.

The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socialising and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutlery to make delicious meals.

Three bedrooms include a queen bed each, and the fourth has two single ones. All bedrooms are modernly decorated and fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces.

Four bathrooms are prepared with all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Please note: There are ongoing works in the neighbouring apartment. Construction may take place between 08:00 and 20:00, which could cause some noise during these hours.

Guests will have access to the entire home!

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

The property is located in the heart of Porto, surrounded by some of the city's most iconic attractions and vibrant spots. A short walk away, you’ll find the historic Teatro Sá da Bandeira, a cultural landmark dating back to 1870, hosting an array of performances and events. Nearby is the bustling Mercado do Bolhão, a traditional market renowned for its lively atmosphere and fresh local produce.

The majestic Avenida dos Aliados, a central boulevard lined with stunning architecture and cultural spaces, is also within easy reach. For those interested in history and art, the São Bento Train Station, famous for its intricate blue-and-white azulejos depicting Portuguese history, is just a short stroll away. Additionally, the vibrant Rua de Santa Catarina, Porto’s most popular shopping street, offers a mix of high-street stores, traditional cafes, and boutiques.

The area is rich with dining options, charming cafes, and local shops, making it the perfect place to experience the authentic charm of Porto while enjoying the convenience of being in the city centre.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Bolhão, is just a 2-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 25-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
