Step inside and Marine Cottage immediately feels like a home woven with history and character, set across three thoughtfully arranged floors. On the lower ground floor, the kitchen and dining room create a welcoming space to share meals after a day by the sea, with a nearby shower room perfectly placed for sandy returns. From here, doors open out to the garden, drawing the outside in. Upstairs, the first-floor sitting room enjoys beautiful sea views and offers a calm spot to unwind with a good book or a quiet evening, while a twin bedroom with 3' single beds overlooks the lively High Street. The second floor is home to the master bedroom with a 4' 6” double bed, where elevated sea views set the tone for slow mornings, alongside a spacious family bathroom with bath, wash basin and WC.

Outside, the cottage's setting is truly unique within Aldeburgh, with direct access to the High Street at the front and a private garden leading to the beach at the rear. The paved garden is a sheltered sun trap, filled with raised beds and a much-loved display of hollyhocks that have become something of a local feature.
