La Maison Fleurie is a very cozy and homely furnished holiday home in Koksijde / Sint-Idesbald with a large extensive and highly varied garden. Certainly something for everyone. From the house, you also have a beautiful view of the garden. It is superbly equipped with everything needed for a relaxing holiday. It's a house where you immediately feel comfortable upon entering. In winter with the fireplace and the homeliness of the villa, and in good weather, you can definitely use the outdoor barbecue and enjoy the fully private garden. (The house + garden are entirely for private use and therefore do not need to be shared.
It's the perfect location for those who want to holiday by the sea and also retreat into a piece of pristine nature, an oasis of tranquility. In the garden, there are many places where you can enjoy the sun, but also no problem for those who prefer to sit in the shade. The sea is just under 2 km from the house, and Plopsaland is 5 km away.
The holiday home has only recently been operational since November 2023. For us, it's very important that our guests feel comfortable and have a pleasant holiday in the holiday home. That's why we try to do everything possible to make it as pleasant as possible.

Layout:

The house is entirely on the ground floor and equipped with:
• a cozy dining and sitting area with a desk corner,
• a fully equipped kitchen,
• 4 double beds and a bunk bed, and plenty of closet space,
• 2 bathrooms with shower, double sink, toilet, and plenty of storage space,
• a separate toilet
• plenty of indoor games and books for young and old.

• a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, ironing board, steam iron, and clothes rack.
You have a terrace with garden furniture and an outdoor barbecue and a large extensive garden completely at your disposal with lots of privacy both at and around the house.
In the beach cabin located in the garden, you will find a lot of outdoor play equipment, such as badminton, kubbs, roundnet set, balls, toys for the little ones, and much more. You are welcome to use all of this.

We always rent the villa for a weekend, midweek, week, or longer.
Beds made on arrival.
Bath and bed linen provided.
Normal consumption of water, electricity, and gas included. (Excessive consumption will be deducted from the deposit.)
Final cleaning included in the price.
