The guest room is north facing so you will not receive much direct sunlight but if you don't want light you can pull across the blackout curtains to block out the daylight in your room
We are 3 people in this house including 1 guest. Our male guest is originally from hong kong he's a working professional been here since October 2023 and is out more times than he is at home and when he's at home he mainly enjoys his own company staying in his bedroom.
The other 2 people are myself and my wife.
We have a cat name Molly she loves a fuss and loves attention to much. But will leave you alone if your in your room.
Dudley is undergoing a major redevelopment programme at this time. A new bus station is being built with a new tram line running through Dudley to Brierley Hill. This stay is a great place if you are about to start work or are working in Dudley or the surrounding areas like Wolverhampton or Birmingham.
We are blessed to be in an area where there is a low crime rate where people go about there lives ordinarily.
We have a good variety of attractions. These include the black country living museum where such TV dramas have been filmed such has inspector morse and peaky blinders.
If you love history then you will want to explore this museum. It also has hobbs the famous fish and chip shop. There you will taste a selection of chip shop foods cooked in the original 1940 tasty way using beef dripping. The museum is open from 10am till 4pm Wednesday to Sunday.
Next to the museum is Dudley canal trust open 7 days a week from 10am to 5pm where you can take a guided tour and voyage underground and discover 428 million years of history.
If your an animal lover then dudley has a zoo and castle. After burning off some calories you can nip over to castelgate park (about 10 minute walk away from the zoo) for a selection of eateries or simply relax to watch a film at the showcase cinema.
Other interesting places to visit are Bridgnorth a historic market town. I like Saturdays there for their outdoor Market stalls. There is a beautiful park in high town where its nice and peaceful to relax maybe have a picnic?.
Bridgnorth is home to the severn valley railway, a steam and diesel trains through the heart of Worcestershire and Shropshire while discovering there amazing heritage railway on a journey into the past.
Whilst on the train experience on-train dining, drive a train day, gin tasting and lots more. Take part in something extra special on selected dates.
