The large bathroom boasts two sinks, a spacious corner bathtub, and a separate shower.
The kitchen includes a dining table for four, perfect for enjoying meals together.
The terrace, furnished with two tables and four chairs, overlooks the internal courtyard and is a pleasant spot to relax and have a meal.
The apartment is fully refurbished and is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay: free wi-fi, smart TV, autonomous air conditioning (in each bedroom and in the living room), heating, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, Nespresso, toaster and kettle.

As requested by Italian law, upon check-in the guest will be requested to provide id document for any person hosted and will have to sign a rental agreement in Italian.
For stays equal to or greater than 14 days, a payment of € 150 in cash is required upon check-in as an addition to the cleaning fee for housekeeping and the change of all linens on the day in the middle of the stay between 10:00AM and 04:00PM.
Late check-in from 09:00PM to midnight costs 30€ to be paid cash upon check-in. It's not possible to check-in after midnight.
Host is not responsible for any guest belongings left or forgotten in the house after checkout time.
