Indoor living:
The modern architecture is humancentric and exudes unpretentious elegance, comfort and subtle luxury. The villa is built on 3 separate levels. It warrants discretion in all 5 bedrooms that spread across the 3 levels and inspires conviviality in the multiple common areas, decorated with original Art and furnished with pieces from owners’ private collection. All levels have direct access to the grounds due to the amphitheatrical construction and all interiors enjoy unlimited natural light, A/C and floor heating.

Outdoor living:
Natural elements such as wood, natural stone and water, enhance perfect harmony with surroundings: the pine forest’s green and the Aegean Sea blue! Unique features include an authentic ancient construction from Ottoman empire and a natural cave that add to its distinct charm. All 3 levels feature covered and uncovered patios, verandas, pavilions, multiple dining areas, by the pool sundecks & lounges, as well as, a charming stone-built footpath that runs across the upper level mature gardens, blended peacefully with the eclectic landscaped gardens of the lower level.

Several very good restaurants are within 5-10 min drive. Ask our Concierge for a booking and more advice. Two very nice options are just walking distance from the villa.

Separate Studio: (upon special request only)
At the lower level, the property features a separate 2 rooms studio, with independence entrance from the main villa. The studio features a bedroom with a semi-double bed, bathroom with shower and a living area with a fully equipped kitchenette. It has access to private outdoor dining table and chairs. The studio is ideal for support staff or tenants that wish to maintain their privacy during a large group stay and is rented at an additional cost, upon request only.

A 2-rooms studio, with independent entrance from the main villa, that features:

Useful info:
– Standard voltage in Greece is 230 V and the frequency 50 Hz. You can use your electric appliances if the voltage in your country is in between 220-240 V.
– Smoking is not permitted in the interiors. Smoking is allowed in the exteriors, terraces, pool area only
– Pets allowed upon request and after special written permit only
– Pool Dive is strictly prohibited (depth: 1,60 meter). Suitable for children only with adult supervision.
– Wheelchair access is limited.
– Suitable for events upon further request at additional charge.
– All house is fully A/C (summer) and floor heated (winter months).
– Two master sets of keys are handed to Guests. Loss of keys or not returned keys bares a replacement cost of 50 euros per set.

Concierge:
Our Concierge will welcome our Guests and make sure that they settle in. Advise on Chefs at the villa, rentals, trips, restaurants, excursions, gym & spa treatments can be handled by our Concierge as per your request prior to arrival or during your stay. Many more services upon request to make your stay as care fee as possible.

Housekeeping:
– Our housekeeping runs daily (except Sunday) from 8:00 a.m to 15:00 p.m.
– Our dedicated house keeper will assist you in dish washing and will handle all daily requirements that will let you enjoy our amenities and facilities to the full.
– Gardening, Pool cleaning, General maintenance run also on a weekly basis, in set days and hours.

At extra cost:
– Laundry and ironing by our Housekeeper. Ask for our price list.
– Complimentary private parking for 4-5 cars
– Complimentary olive oil (own produce) and cooking essential (spices, herbs etc.)
