Der private Whirlpool für 5 Personen (nicht für 2 Personen) wird professionell gewartet und befindet sich auf Ihrem übergroßen Deck (18 x 15 Zoll) mit einem neuen Weber-Gasgrill, einem neuen Terrassentisch und einer großartigen Aussicht. Das Hotel liegt am südlichen Ende der Main Street und bietet sofortigen Zugang zur Stadt. Perfect Stay

Our stay at Kirk’s was above and beyond expectations. We have stayed in many rentals but the accommodations in this chalet were top notch across the board. On top of that, Kirk provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. We would highly recommend staying here.

Great condo, great location and great owner!

We enjoyed our stay very much! Kirk was great with communicating with us and very nice! Everything looked brand new in the unit and having our own hot tub on the patio was a big plus for after getting off the mountain. We travel to breck a few times a year and will for sure try staying here again if it’s avaiable!

We thoroughly enjoyed Summit Chalet! The owners thought of everything to make our stay was comfortable and cozy. The condo is very well appointed. We especially appreciated the humidifiers and private outdoor hot tub on the deck. The owners went above and beyond to assure we had an excellent stay. The restaurant recommendations were excellent. Close to the mountain. Loved the hottub.

We had a wonderful time. The place was very nice. We loved the hottub after skiing. Kirk had many recommendations and he was a great host. We were a couple minute walk to the mountain and the rental place Kirk suggested was wwonderful because we did not have to carry our skis back to the condo.

Amazing - all about the details!

The Summit Chalet was the perfect home base for our family to enjoy Breckenridge. An easy walk to the quicksilver lift and mere steps away from town. Beautifully decorated, meticulously clean, and by far the most attentive host I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying with. The condo has a well-stocked kitchen, with many cleaning supplies already in place. Our family enjoyed the private hot tub and fireplace after a chilly day on the slopes. Absolutely perfect!

Wow, what a great vacation! Kirk went above and beyond in his communication to make sure we had the best vacation possible! Great Place + Great Communication + Great Hot Tub = Great Vacation!!

The Condo was exactly as advertised and in great shape. What really made the difference was the communication and recommendations by Kirk, particularly when it came to hiking and whitewater rafting as well as how to adjust to the altitude. He helped time things perfectly and match them well to our family. Also, having the private (and really well maintained) hot tub each night was tremendous and a big difference maker. We have been coming to Breckenridge for the past four years, and Summit Chalet is by far the best rental we have ever stayed in! The location is unbeatable—just a short and easy walk to both the town and the ski slopes, making it incredibly convenient for both skiing and exploring.The home itself is absolutely stunning. The private hot tub was the perfect way to relax after a day on the mountain, and the heated mats on the deck were a thoughtful touch. The spacious living areas were beautifully designed and perfect for gathering, while the bedrooms were incredibly comfortable with updated, modern bathrooms. It was clear that a lot of attention to detail went into making this home a luxurious and comfortable retreat.One of the standout features was the little extras that made our stay even more enjoyable—portable chargers throughout the house, a digital picture frame with daily updates, and so many small touches that showed just how much care went into this rental.However, what truly sets Summit Chalet apart is the host. From the moment we booked, his communication was excellent. He provided fantastic recommendations for restaurants, activities, and even directions, making our trip stress-free. Excellent Summit Condo

Just returned from our 6 day stay in Breck. The condo was perfect for our family of four (two teen boys17 &14) clean, very close to town, lifts, walking distance to everything. The private hot tub was a bonus after a day of hiking. Kirk, the owner was fantastic with communication. He had great suggestions for hiking trails, local restaurants, he really helped us prepare for our stay in Breck. Kirk is the King of the Summit! Would highly recommend this condo to family and friends. Everything was there to make you feel at home. Hoping to return again!

Great experience

We really enjoyed our time in Breckenridge and specifically at the Summit Chalet. The accommodations were as described. The unit was nice and clean. The host was very communicative. Plenty of room for our family of four. We debated whether to walk from the unit to the ski lift with ski boots on or change into the boots at the lodge. We opt'd to try walking in the ski boots and it was fine...it was nice to avoid the lodge completely and just go right to the lift line. We would definitely rent this unit again in the future.

Stunning Condo

Kirk was amazing to work with! A major storm was coming in that was suppose to drop 60” of snow and close down passes. He called a few days before the trip and offered us a free night if we could come early and beat the storm. ❤️ In a year when times are tough he was very kind and generous! The condo was spectacular! The condo was very clean, had amazing beds, and the hot tub was an added bonus. The lifts are a small walk, but not bad for adults or older children. If you have littles just bring a wagon or plan on leaving your skis at the base. The condo was within walking distance to shopping and amazing restaurants. We will be back!

Perfect Breck Vacation

Kirk is an excellent host. He was always available to provide information and respond to questions. He provided a comprehensive packet on the property, amenities and instructions. Access to the unit was easy and my family had a great vacation. The unit was modern, clean and stocked with everything we needed. We have 3 daughters ages 5-11. We all found the unit to be perfect, including the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. We all enjoyed soaking in the hot tub after skiing. There is a convenience store located next door to the condo which was great for odds and ends/snacks/water. The town of Breck is a very short walk to restaurants and the supermarket. In addition the walk to the mountain was also convenient. Overall a great stay, highly recommend and we hope to return! thank you Kirk!

Spring Break at Breck

This property was great and as advertised. I have been traveling to Summit County for 30 years. This was the most immaculate property that I have stayed at. It was "eat off the floor" clean. It is very close within walking distance to the town of Breck as well as the base of Peak 9. The gentleman that owned the property was extremely communicative. I had a lot of questions before and during the trip. Kirk responded almost immediately to every question on his personal cell phone. He even took the time to text me during the week several time to make sure we were doing ok. He was by FAR the best host that I have ever had at any property over the years. I would definitely give his property 5 Stars and I would highly reccomend it to evreyone thinking of a vacation in Breck.

Perfect stay and incredible communication!

We loved everything about our stay! The property was amazing and had everything we needed - private hot tub, comfortable beds and bathrooms, well stocked kitchen, large dining and living rooms (even with a shot ski!), easy parking, plus a shared common area with a fitness center and game room. And all of this within a close walking distance to the lifts, restaurants and bars, and shopping. We kept staying how much we didn’t want to leave and how we already want to book another stay. In addition, Kirk’s communication was incredibly helpful - before, during, and after the stay. He really goes above and beyond and shows how much he wants to make sure his guests have a wonderful experience, and memories of a lifetime, which we did! Ask him anything and he will provide very helpful information and even customized recommendations. We had a 2 day travel delay on the way home, and he stayed in contact all the way until we finally made it home and continued to provide very positive updates and tips! Thank you so much!!

Great Condo!

Without a doubt Summit Chalet is a 5-star property. The location was perfect for both getting to the Quicksilver lift, the ski schools, equipment rental and to Main street. It was a very short walk to both. The condo is very clean and has everything you need for the perfect stay. We were able to sleep our family of 6 very comfortably. My family absolutely loved the private hot tub. It definitely put the condo over the top. Finally, the communication with the owner was excellent. Near immediate response for any questions, etc. that we had. We would definitely return to this condo. It made our trip.

Breckenridge is a special place created by the 1859 Pikes Peak Gold Rush and then re-established in 1961 as a ski area. I was 1 year old at the time and started skiing when I was 3. The Summit Chalet is unique as it is situated on the South edge of town. Close enough to walk to the lifts or town and offset enough that you don't have the late night town party noise. I choose it because I can park my Jeep in the garage and do anything I want from my own front door. It's just like Europe.... automobile free.

My favorite aspect of The Summit Chalet is the relaxation-factor. Sure it's close to everything and you can walk. But I can also crack out in the morning and hit the fresh snow while the kids sleep in. They join me later in the morning on the piste and if I'm done early I head home while they keep riding. No "group organization" needed to start the day or meet somewhere at a certain time. Everyone has freedom of movement and can move at their own speed. Including relaxing in the Hot Tub, on the couch or in the electric "First Class" style recliners while others scurry about.
