An ideal retreat for families and friends looking for quiet and relaxation, this beautifully presented 3-bedroom home is situated in the stunning village of Oriklini, nestled in the outskirts of Larnaca.

Located in a peaceful area of Oroklini, but only 5 km from the beach, the property lies away from all the noise and features a lovely terrace and spacious garden where you can relax and unwind from the stress of everyday life.


As you enter your accommodation, you will be welcomed by an open-plan living area! Immediately, you will face the living room area featuring a large comfortable corner sofa and a flat-screen TV. There is a designated working space located in a remote section from a family-room.

Further inside the room you will come across a dining area and fully stocked kitchen. In the kitchen, you will find enough cooking utensils along with pots and pans that you can use to prepare nearly every meal that you fancy!

As you move upstairs you will find three bedrooms. In each bedroom, you will find a comfortable double bed, and split unit air conditioners that can keep you cool during the warm sunny days and heat the place during the winter! In addition, in every bedroom, you will find large storage areas where you can store your belongings!

Furthermore, the apartment features a beautiful and relaxing terrace with a lovely quiet street view. Under the shaded garden space you will find a relaxing area to embrace you outdoor moments! This is the perfect spot to enjoy your early morning coffee or your cold drink in the afternoon!

GUEST REGISTRATION & RENTAL AGREEMENT SIGNING: All guests must complete our online registration form, sign the rental agreement, and provide identification. This is a requirement outlined in our management agreement with the property owner. The process takes just 1 minute to complete. Our data handling aligns with the 7 principles of the GDPR and is deleted from our system within 7 days after your checkout.

Guests will receive a digital rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival.

THIS IS A SELF-CATERING ACCOMMODATION; we are not a Hotel. We provide only starters and guests are responsible to restock any items and purchase everything that they will require during their stay. Edible items (oil, salt, pepper) and cleaning products are not provided. We provide linen and towels based on the number of people that have booked the accommodation.

PROPERTY GUEST AREA Within 24 hours of your booking you will receive the Guest Area link with all the important information about the property. We strongly suggest using the property app before your arrival as well as during your stay as it includes important information such as directions and address, parking, wifi codes, facilities, things to do, etc. Before you contact us with any questions during your stay please check first if you can’t find an answer in our guest area - most likely the answer will be there!

EXTRA SERVICES & REQUESTS
‱ If your reservation is 10 nights or longer, you can request an extra set of bed sheets and towels per guest at no charge. For reservations shorter than 10 nights, you can still request bed sheets and towels, but there will be an additional fee. Expect delivery within one day. Please note that to receive any items, you must request them from our staff or through the guest area. Guests are responsible for changing the bed sheets themselves as needed.

‱ EXTRA Housekeeping Services, including daily services, are available on request at an additional cost.

‱ Baby cots and high chairs can be provided for our little guests. Only upon request and for an extra charge of €30/stay for Baby Cot and €10/stay for HighChair

FOR KEYS: Upon check-in, you will receive ONLY ONE apartment key. We kindly ask that you store it in the key box whenever you go out to prevent it from being misplaced and to ensure it remains accessible to all members of your group.

We are committed to promoting efficient energy use in our community to support sustainability and provide a comfortable stay. Please note the following electricity usage limits:

* Studio or 1 Bedroom Apartment: 130 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 18.5 KWH.
* 2 Bedroom Apartment or villa without pool: 150 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 21.4 KWH.
* 3 Bedroom Apartment or villa without pool: 170 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 24.2 KWH.

A Month in Oroklini

This is a large, beautiful home in a nice community though there were many issues with the house that were not resolved until almost the day of departure. We sent many messages to the agency regarding missing items and appliances that did not work. Little or nothing was done despite continual promises by the agency to address the issues. This was extremely disappointing and frustrating.
