Kamaole Sands Resort:

Wir haben unsere Wohnung im Jahr 2017 gekauft. Wir wählen Kamaole Sands, weil es ein großartiges Resort ist, und wir laden Sie ein, unser Zuhause zu genießen. Ort:

Unsere Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss von Gebäude 9. Es ist der private Ort. Vor der Veranda ist eine grasbewachsene Gasse, die von tropischen Bäumen und Pflanzen begrenzt wird. Es ist ein sehr verkehrsberuhigter Bereich, der von anderen Eigentumswohnungen abgeschnitten ist. Der Grillbereich befindet sich um die Ecke zwischen Gebäude 8 und 9 und ist sehr praktisch. Es gibt drei Gasgrills, die jeden Morgen gereinigt werden. Da es sich im Erdgeschoss befindet, ist es einfach, Lebensmittel und Strandausrüstung zu transportieren.

Die Wohnung ist größtenteils aufgewertet. Alle Wohnraummöbel wurden zu modernen, komfortablen Möbeln aktualisiert. Neu im Angebot sind: Queen Schlafsofa, Laptop-Schreibtisch, Ess-Set, Terrassenbesteck, 55-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher, Unterhaltungscenter und Liege. In der Küche wurden der Herd, die Mikrowelle, der Mixer und die Kaffeemaschine ersetzt. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über einen neuen 32-Zoll-Flachbildschirm, ein Kopfteil, eine Kommode, einen Spiegel und eine Klimaanlage. In beiden Bädern, im Flur und in der Küche gibt es Fliesen. Das Wohnzimmer und das Schlafzimmer sind mit Laminatböden ausgestattet. (KEIN TEPPICH). Es gibt überall neuen Lack und eine neue Kombination aus Waschmaschine und Trockner. Wir haben ein komplettes Kompliment an Strandausrüstung für unsere Gäste. Schauen Sie sich das Foto aller Strandspielzeuge an.

Eine ganz neue Küche zum Genießen. Neue Schränke, Granitplatten und Armaturen machen diese Küche zu einem Fünf-Sterne-Haus. Zu den neuen Geräten gehören eine sehr leise LG-Spülmaschine und eine LG-Mikrowelle. Der neue Kühlschrank von Samsung ist groß und praktisch. Es verfügt über eine Tiefkühltruhe, französische Türen und eine Getränkeschublade.

Superb, home away from home.

Martha's condo is wonderful, well equipped with more than we would need, beach gear, kitchen for cooking meals and more. The location is perfect, Kam 3 beach a few steps away, which is the best beach in Kihei. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Pool was a lovely escape from the beach when the kids needed a break. Could not reccomend enough. We hope to be back again.

We enjoyed our stay. There was enough room for a family of four to spread out. There were lots of items for the beach which definitely helped out. The location is also great and we enjoyed the beach across the street.

This condo is nicely furnished and supplies just about everything you need.

We had a wonderful vacation and staying in this condo put it over the top. Booking to check-in and check-out was quick and easy. The condos are close to great restaurants, beautiful beaches, shopping etc... The owners Martha and John are very responsive and helpful. From blow dryers to boogie boards most everything is supplied. We will definitely be returning to this condo!!

Wonderful stay in a lovely condo

We had a wonderful stay in this condo at Kamaole Sands. Condo was very comfortable and the pictures are true to the condo. Most everything was supplied and the open and renovated kitchen was great to cook in. The condo was very clean; bed in master bedroom super comfy. Living room furniture is newer and it was so nice to not have the dated rattan furniture many of the condos still seem to have in the living area.The condo is located across from Kamaole III beach and it was an easy walk to nearby restaurants. The complex is beautiful with lovely grounds, pool area and several BBQ areas; the condo itself was just steps from the BBQ. Martha is quick to respond to emails and enquires.

Ruined holiday

We arrived late at night and immedietly noticed the condo had a bad odour and was dirty! The washer drum was open with dirty laundry inside, there was bugs all over, kitchen counter, bathroom, pull out couch, floors were so dirty that my slippers were black within a half hour. The king size bed sheets were not clean. The beds were very uncomfortable, had to sleep on pillows on the pullout couch. Complained and the situation was made out like it was not met with my EXPECTATIONS ! What? I expect to pay and receive a clean and comfortable condo! This is not about anything else. A cleaning lady came into the condo when we were not there and said to the owner that she did a re clean and there were no bugs? We video taped the bugs, we are still awaiting a refund as we were told by vrbo. We frequent Maui quite often and never have had any issues, this was the worst experience and ruined our holiday. Phoned vrbo everyday and we were supposed to be moved to a different condo, never happened. Do not list a condo and rent it in this condition it is not fair for the people staying there. And the owner wanted me to remove the bed topper on the king bed to make it more comfortable,? No, perhaps a bed with a better mattress? Ruined our holiday.

Dear Christina, Unfortunately, we were unable to accommodate your complaints, as you choose not to accept any of the recommendations. I followed VRBO's guidance and obided with suggestions for a disgruntled guest. We were unable to provide a refund as you choose not to vacate the condo. You did not provide evidence of any bugs or other concerns to me or VRBO. The cleaner had sent pictures of the unit prior and during your arrival and waas unable to find any bugs. As for the bed(s), we won't be placing a "sleep number" bed in the unit to satisfy your needs. Hopefully, your next visit will meet your needs and not ruin your stay.

We enjoyed our stay. Martha was an awesome host. We were unable to stay the first night due to a late departure & missed our connecting flight. Martha offered to extend our stay to make it up. The kitchen was well stocked & the unit was very clean. Everything we needed for a day at the pool or beach was provided.

Wonderful condo

Great condo. Loved that it had two full bathrooms and an air bed. We especially enjoyed the snorkels, boogie boards, beach chairs and wagon that we used during our stay. Location was excellent: across the street from a sandy beach. Check in people were confused about the dates of our stay but check out was expedient.

Great stay!

Good location close to the beach. Grounds are beautiful with BBQ grills and picnic tables, pool and 4 tennis courts. My 3 daughters and I enjoyed free advanced tennis lessons on Thursdays with excellent professionals, Emerson and George! We also learned how to play Spec tennis. Loved the amenities including the ice-maker in the fridge and the use of beach chairs, cooler and good snorkeling equipment. Only complaint was that the sofa bed was uncomfortable but a double thick self inflating mattress was provided which provided a good sleeping surface. Martha was very responsive. Thanks for a great stay!

We chose Maui, as it was one of the favorites for us. We've traveled to all the Hawaiian islands but Maui was the one for us. It offers so much to do, so much to see, and most of a good relaxing vacation.
