The accommodation itself is fine. It was clean and the communication with the house manager, Kostas, was great. The problem is with the online listing on VRBO specifically and the slow process in dealing with the listing agent/company that still has not been resolved.The listing clearly said three bedrooms and THREE bathrooms. Before booking, I found the same villa on another popular rental website and it was listed as three bedrooms and only TWO bathrooms. I reached out to the company on the VRBO app to confirm the number of bathrooms (we were looking for a villa with three bathrooms). The person I was communicating with confirmed that there were three bathrooms in the villa. Upon check in, we realized there was only two bathrooms (and no laundry as it also states). I immediately reached out to Kostas who made contact with the owner and other entities to see what compensation or adjustments could be made. I knew we would likely not be able to switch to another villa, but I was asking to see about any kind of partial refund.To this day, after waiting days for replies and being pointed in the direction of multiple people, I still have not had any resolution of the issue. Unfortunately, I felt it necessary to let others know to disregard what you see on VRBO regarding bathrooms and laundry. This less than stellar review is not for the villa itself, but because of the listing issue and the very slow resolution process.
