Loft Villa IV covers 63 sq.m. in three levels, perfect for a comfortable stay. The ground floor features an open plan living room with a couch that can be converted into a double bed and the fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.

The upper level consists of the loft bedroom with a king sized bed overlooking the living room.

On the lower level you can find the bedroom with the open-space layout, with two beds that can be converted into a king size bed, according to your preference. The bedroom is completed with a spacious and luxurious bathroom.

The Villas are fully equipped with furniture and amenities to accommodate home comforts combining smart functionality and modern style. On every floor you can find a smart TV and an high-end AC unit.
