Eine schöne renovierte Einheit mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern im zweiten Stock des begehrtesten Gebäudes in Lae Nani, das nur 100 Meter vom Strand entfernt ist. Lae Nani ist die erste Eigentumswohnung an der Kokosnussküste von Kauai (Ostseite). Günstig in der Nähe von Lebensmittelgeschäften, Aktivitäten, Restaurants und kleinen Boutiquen gelegen. Kapaa ist ein zentraler Ort, um die Nord- und Südseite der wunderschönen Garteninsel Kauai zu erkunden. Dieses Gerät ist ideal für zwei Paare, da beide Schlafzimmer ein Kingsize-Bett und ein eigenes Bad haben.

GREAT VIEWS

Location was great, one bedroom was overlooking the ocean and two separate balcony's. Close to ocean and second floor steps were no problem even for handicap person.

Wonderful stay!

This property was amazing. They lacked nothing other than what everyone else was mentioning which was AC. But other than that it was wonderful. Cannot beat the location. View was so gorgeous! Will stay again.

Amazing time

The property rented looks just like the pictures. Facility was beautiful and well maintained, beach was beautiful, and everyone staying there was very friendly. The view from the deck is spectacular. The Condo has everything you need to cook with and for the beach. There are alot of shops and restaurants very close by in walking distance. We would definitely stay here again as we had an amazing time.

Nice condo

Nicely equipped and awesome view. Condo was updated and had everything we needed. Bed was pretty firm, and pillow’s really flat. I would stay again but bring my own pillow.

This property is located in a perfect place! Sunrise and sunset are the best on the lanai! So close to the ocean that you can see and hear those waves that are so relaxing! The landscaping outside is so beautiful and well maintained. The beach just steps away. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance. You can’t go wrong with this property!

Perfect spot!

We can’t say enough about this wonderful condo: on site staff and security were present and friendly, beach is fabulous (we snorkeled here), the view is stellar, the lush grounds are immaculately maintained. the condo has been updated and is super comfortable. Location was so convenient with small shops and many restaurants within a 5 minute walk plus a well-stocked market. Easy access to the major road going north/south for trips to other parts of the island. We did not have children with us, but I will recommend this as being extremely family friendly!

This 2 bedroom, 2 nd floor, ocean front condo is outstanding. It must be newly renovated. The furniture is beautiful and comfortable, the 2 king beds firm and comfortable, lots of nice dishes, utensils.....the owners have thought to provide everything. We've never stayed in a more magnificent condo, and we've been coming to the islands for over 30 years. This place is truly amazing. You want to stay here!

Beautiful resort with spectacular views!

The view from our balcony was fantastic ~ looking over the beautiful grounds & gardens to the beach & surf was the highlight of every day! The resort is within a few minutes walk of shopping & restaurants. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was clean & comfortable. A note: there is no air conditioning in this unit. However, the gentle ocean breeze kept us cool & comfortable. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Hawaii!

Will stay here every time!

Wonderful unit with everything needed for a comfortable stay on the best-sand beach on Kauai. The elevated outdoor lanai furniture make time spent there very enjoyable. The hosts are generous with plenty of kitchen items that make cooking and hosting other friends/family easy. There are ceiling fans in every room, the kitchen, and the Lanai, which makes it very comfortable both day and night. This is our second time staying in this unit in building 5, and we will rent this unit again when we return.

Be aware there is no AC!

This was a great condo, the only drawback is no AC. We weren’t aware until we got to the condo, my bad for not checking it out in the listing. We were here during record breaking heat and unfortunately only one of the two floor fans worked. There are overhead fans in every room, but not sufficient for the temps we experienced.

We agree this is a great condo. We also agree you experienced some high humidity during your visit that made it uncomfortable. I wish I heard from you during your stay as I could have took care of that fan same day. The condo is looking into the possibility of air conditioning being approved. After this summer, we hope it gets approved. We hope you come again with hopes this condo as AC and if not we do have other condos we manage with AC at other properties. Ocean-front beauty

This 2nd floor walk-up unit is perfectly situated on Kauai's Coconut Coast with unobstructed views of the beach and waves from the Primary suite and Living/Dining Room lanais. Well appointed kitchen and newer appliances enhanced our stay. Furnishings were comfortable with adequate seating for four or more. The two King-sized beds were luxurious and easy to sleep on - or maybe that was just a result of listening to the waves on the shoreline! The keypad entry lock was nice not having to carry keys. Louvered windows in the Living/Dining, Kitchen and Bedrooms allowed for 24/7 breezes through the non-air conditioned unit (we went in November and didn't need A/C at all). We utilized one of the community barbecues for steaks and shrimp. It was easy to use, convenient and clean. Permitted parking was close by as was a path to the Lava Lava Beach Club just north. The Coconut Marketplace with shops, restaurants and a convenience store was a 5 minute walk out the front gate (memorize the gate code for exit and entrance). Overall, a great unit in a great location to relax or explore the beautiful island of Kauai.

Best place to celebrate a retirement and a birthday!

Our condo at the Lae Nani property was absolutely beautiful! The condo was so nicely decorated and well stocked with everything we could have ever asked for. The location of the property to the beach was stunning with great views of the breathtaking ocean. The property is absolutely gorgeous and the unit has breathtaking views of the ocean.

Very easy renting the property. Check-in and check-out instructions were easy to understand and follow.

Very beautiful

We had a great time. Property was beautiful and was nice that there was extra necessities like TP and such to get us through until we could get to the store. The guest room was very muggy, even the carpet seemed wet. The bathroom sink clogs so needs to be cleaned out. Otherwise the property is wonderful. We would cone again. Thank you.

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!

This vacation rental was absolutely perfect from beginning to end. The location is where you want to be; the property and views were better than advertised; and the communications with Cindy, the property manager were timely and on-track and she was even better in person. We will be back!
