Welcome to my beautiful two bedroom home situated in a quiet cul de sac in Coventry.
The house compromises of two comfortable beds with the main bedroom being a king size bed and the second bedroom a double. There is also a spacious living area with a Smart TV as well as a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. The house also features a water softener with a drinking tap so all water in the property is filtered including in the shower and washing machine.
The property has a driveway with parking for 2-3 cars depending on size.
The house is walking distance away from the University Hospital and has very easy access to/from the M6 motorway. It is a 15 minute journey to the city centre with a bus stop located around the corner from the property.
There is an Asda and Co-op a few minutes walk away as well as a complex which houses a few fast food chains and restaurants as well as activities such as bowling, a deluxe cinema and laser quest.
You will have the whole property and garden during your stay. You will not have access to the garage but there is a driveway parking for two cars.
Check in is at 3pm and check out is 10am.
Early/Late arrival can be arranged dependent on if there are guest staying prior.
