Spacious en-suite room with mezzanine

Your private space in a family home located in a cul-de-sac in a leafy part of Hertford. The room comes with desk, sofa and ample storage space for longer stays. The generous bathroom includes a shower and bath. On the mezzanine you find a double bed with a comfortable Silentnight mattress and a TV with Amazon Prime.

The steep stairs leading up to the mezzanine are only suitable for fit guest.
A travel cot can be provided for a non-mobile child.
The space
Your space is located on the first floor in the extension of the house. It includes a desk, chair, sofa, tea and coffee making facility, hanging space in the wardrobe and drawers to store your belongings.
There is a bedside light over the bed on the mezzanine.
The bathroom comes equipped with the following for one or two guests: hand towel, bath towel, face cloth and bath mat as well as hand soap and a toothbrush tumbler.
Guest access
As well as your room you will have access to the kitchen with microwave, kettle and guest fridge to prepare a ready meal or some quick cooking.
During your stay
I will meet you in person to show you the facilities and to hand you a set of keys. I’m generally home in the evenings from 6pm and am happy to chat with you if you like.
Other things to note
There is a 2 year old child living at the property who might wake during the night. There are also other guests who might check in late or out early.
