Safety and security are important to us, which is why our home is located in a gated development. With fluent speakers for most languages on standby, we strive to provide the best possible experience for all of our guests.

- No parties or exceeding the number of people allowed in the property, we have a privacy safe, anti-party detection system, any sign of a party and you will be removed. If you do not listen to the warnings or are unreachable, and some has to come to the property there will be a £500 fine and you will be asked to leave
- Please do not wear shoes in the house
- Any damages and breakages will be charged at the cost of replacement
- Cleaning fee is for a hotel like clean, any unreasonable cleaning will be charged. Smoking inside the property will occur a £300 fine
- No more than the number of guests than the stated occupancy. £100 per guest fine for breaching this
- We may require soft copies of all guests IDs before check in. If these are not provided we will refuse entry. You may also be asked to complete authentification via a secure ID platform called Superhog.
- A security deposit of £500 is required for over 6 guests
The lead booker must be a minimum of 26 years old to be able to book this property.
- Smoking only allowed on the rooftop not in the property

A "noise deposit" can be demanded prior to accepting a reservation - This is refunded after your stay, but retained if neighbors alert us to excess noise, and the issue is unresolved.

We also have a security protocol in place to close down parties that continue to not adhere to noise request, and the cost of instructing this can rise to £1k total if required.

Our neighbours must be treated with ultimate respect, and you must adhere to any request for less noise with immediate effect. We operate a zero tolerance policy on neighbour abuse. Verbal or physical.
