Los Arboles 3D Walkthrough Video
Your Tranquil Valley Retreat: Traditional Charm Meets Modern Comfort
Imagine waking to the gentle Javea light filtering through your window, the dramatic Montgo mountain rising majestically behind you, and the peaceful valley stretching out below. Welcome to Casa Los Árboles—a stunning traditional Spanish villa where classic architecture embraces modern luxury in perfect harmony.
A Hidden Gem Between Javea and Denia
Perched above the beautiful valley on the slopes of Montgo mountain, Casa Los Árboles offers something increasingly rare: complete privacy and tranquility, yet you're just 15 minutes from vibrant Javea with its buzzing bars, chiringuitos, and sandy Arenal beach. Denia's international boutique shops and medieval castle are 20 minutes away, while charming Moraira is easily reached in 25 minutes.
Your Private Sun-Soaked Sanctuary
The villa's crown jewel is the sun-drenched 8m x 4m private pool surrounded by quality sun loungers—your personal oasis for lazy Mediterranean days. Enter through an electronic gate with keyless entry into a spacious parking area, then step through the traditional wooden pedestrian gate into a small courtyard. Immediately, you'll feel it: that sensation of privacy, peace, and calm created by Mediterranean plants and thick oleander lining the garden.
The Perfect Blend of Old and New
The light-flooded naya (covered terrace) welcomes you with dining for six and quality lounge furniture—quickly becoming your favorite spot for morning coffee or evening wine. Inside, the open-plan living room offers cool comfort with two inviting sofas, air conditioning, and a smart TV with international satellite channels (English, French, Dutch, German). Complimentary 100mb fiber optic WiFi keeps you connected when needed.
Thoughtfully Designed Spaces
Three beautifully appointed bedrooms provide flexible accommodation: a master with king-size bed, smart TV with Chromecast, and modern en-suite shower room; a queen bedroom; and a twin with two singles—all with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. Two modern, well-finished bathrooms serve the home perfectly.
The fully equipped kitchen connects seamlessly to the dining area, offering ample space for meal preparation and casual dining. A separate utility area houses a washing machine, dryer, and an additional fridge-freezer—those thoughtful touches that make villa life effortless.
Outdoor Bliss
Step down to the delightful sun deck with beautiful traditional tiled flooring and sunbeds positioned to capture the Mediterranean sun. The views are simply stunning: surrounding hills, the valley below, and the magnificent Montgo mountain as your backdrop. Fire up the quality gas BBQ for evening gatherings under the Spanish sky.
Your Gateway to Costa Blanca Adventures
Golfers rejoice: La Sella Golf Club (Olazabal-designed, 27 holes) is just 5 minutes away. Javea Golf Club and Oliva Nova (Seve Ballesteros-designed) are within easy reach. Tennis courts are available 5 minutes away at Estrella Lodge.
Explore Javea's three distinct areas: the Arenal with its sandy beach and summer evening craft stalls; the port with its fish market and promenade; and the historic old town with Thursday morning markets. Drive to Denia for Balearic island crossings, or venture to Benidorm's theme parks, the picturesque village of Guadalest, or the stunning miradors offering cliff-top views of rocky coves and crystal-clear waters.
The Details That Matter
Sleeps 6 guests comfortably, traditional Spanish architecture with modern furnishings, private 8m x 4m pool (unheated). Your Peaceful Costa Blanca Escape Awaits
Jávea golf club, between Moraira and Jávea and is open all year round. The course is a 9 hole, par 72 and measures 3,035 metres. The course is easy to play and relatively flat. Other facilities include : driving range, putting green, club bar and restaurant..
Within a 30 minute drive north in Oliva is Oliva Nova Golf Club, designed by Seve Ballesteros. This testing course has 18 holes, is par 72 and measures 7,051 metres. The club has a shop, driving range, restaurant, swimming pool and fitness centre.
5 minutes away on the Carretera Jesús Pobre road is a tennis court which is available for hire from Estrella Lodge.
Other areas to explore: Jávea is made up of three areas.
1/ The Arenal with its beautiful sandy beach, bars and restaurants. During the summer evenings the Arenal is busy with crafts stalls, artists and musicians.
2/ The port area with its fish market and promenade.
3/ The old town with its narrow streets, shops, historic buildings. There is a colourful market every Thursday morning.
10k from Jávea is the town and port of Denia with daily crossings to the Balearic islands. Denia boasts miles of sandy beaches with its tree lined streets, pavement cafés, bars and restaurants.
The resort of Benidorm is only a 30 minute drive away and close by is Terra Mítica, which is one of Europe's largest theme parks, you can also visit Aqualandia a themed water park and next door Mundomar with its dolphins, seals and parrots. A drive to Guadalest is a must with its quaint shops, narrow cobbled winding streets and spectacular views from the village square.
Jávea Town: Jávea lies between pine-covered Cabo De La Nao to the South and Cabo De San Antonio to the North. The town is ideal for a family holiday, especially in the Spring when the area is ablaze with blossom from the almonds and the scents of orange and lemon trees fill the air. The World Health Organisation has proclaimed Jávea to be ‘environmentally near perfect’ and you can bask in the Costa Blanca’s brightest sunshine here on about 320 days of the year.
Jávea old town nestles at the foot of 2,500 feet Mount Montgo, a designated nature reserve. It boasts a 16th century church, covered market and for the historically minded a museum housing a nationally important collection of rare Iberian finds from Montgo. After exploring the town’s fascinating narrow streets, you can make your way to the old fishing port about 1 mile away. To the south of the old town lies the Arenal beach, a broad crescent of fine golden sand backed by a promenade of shops and restaurants.
La Guardia/Cabo De La Nao areas: Be sure to stop at the ‘Miradors’ (viewing points), several of which are located within a 20 minute drive of Casa Los Árboles. Without exception, they offer stunning views from cliff top perches of rocky coves and crystal clear water. This is snorkelling territory at its best, reminiscent of Cornwall but with guaranteed good weather! From Cabo De La Nao, it is possible on a clear day to see all the way to Ibiza 100 kms away. Also close by is the idyllic bay of La Granadella, so picturesque that it is often featured on Jávea’s postcards.
