Access: PLEASE NOTE : The lane leading down to Tyn Pwll is single track with few passing places and should be negotiated with care.
Parking: Private parking for up to three to four cars.
Outdoor: The property includes a large garden with table and chairs, BBQ for the summer.

Tyn Pwll boasts stunning interiors, light-filled rooms, and breathtaking views over Llyn Maelog, Traeth Llydan, and Snowdonia. This beautiful holiday home sleeps up to ten guests in five bedrooms and welcomes two well-behaved dogs, making it ideal for large families or groups of friends.


Tyn Pwll seamlessly blends its original charm with modern comforts. The cosy yet bright rooms feature large windows that fill the space with natural light. Upon entering, you'll find a spacious porch leading to a large hallway.

The functional kitchen caters to the most demanding chefs and includes a small dining table for little ones to watch the cooking. At the end of the kitchen, a utility area with a wet room provides added convenience.

The main sitting room features a large L-shaped sofa by the fireplace and leads to a bright conservatory—an ideal spot for relaxing on sunny days with garden and lake views. A ground-floor king-sized bedroom offers easy access.

Upstairs, four bedrooms with far reaching views include one bunk room, one double, one king, and one super king. Two family-sized bathrooms—one with a bath and one with a walk-in shower—ensure comfort for all.

This is an idyllic property for children and adults alike, with so much to explore, chase (rabbits) and see (horses in the field next door). The garden is perfect for games of hide and seek, tag or simply for a spot of sunbathing or bird watching.

So, with buckets and spades at the ready, head off for a rock pooling or swimming spot or perhaps head off paddle boarding, sailing or maybe some fishing.


Tyn Pwll offers magnificent views of Wales's largest mountain range, including Yr Wyddfa and the Llyn Peninsula. The picturesque Maelog Lake and its surroundings are perfect for strolls to nearby eateries like The Oyster Catcher, or exploring the coastal path that encircles the island. There is a public footpath that circumnavigates the lake, or walk up the lane and there are other fantastic eateries that serve delicious locally sourced food.


Tyn Pwll is a superb destination for any season. With a bioethanol fire and oil central heating, you can stay cosy in winter, snuggle by the fire with a good book, or relax in the conservatory and watch the clouds roll by.

Exploring Rhosneigr and Beyond:
Those who want to explore Anglesey can reach all four corners of Anglesey within forty minutes. Trearddur Bay is close by, and Beaumaris, with its mediaeval castle, pier, cafes, restaurants, and independent shops, is about half an hour away. The National Trust's Plas Newydd is a lovely place to while away an afternoon, with beautiful views over the Menai Strait into Snowdonia. Young children will love Pili Palas, Anglesey Sea Zoo and Foel Farm trips. Watersports such as paddleboarding and surfing lessons are available through Gecko at Rhosneigr, and the more adventurous can book kayaking or coasteering sessions locally with B-Active or Anglesey Outdoors.
