Willkommen in der Sunset Bay, einer der neueren Wohnanlagen in Ocean City, Marylands neuester Wohngegend, die sich auf der Isle of Wight Bay an der 54. Straße befindet, mit Blick auf die Bucht mit Pool und Whirlpool!

Genießen Sie die tropische Insel Dekor dieser luxuriösen offenen Grundriss in diesem neu gebauten 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Vollbad Ocean City Wohnung mit Fliesenböden in den Wohnräumen und Teppich Schlafzimmer. Wonderful vacation!

Property was clean and very cozy. We loved the tropical decor and the location. We've stayed at other condos in Sunset bay (2 and 3 bedrooms) all we're nice but JoAnn's had us feeling like we we're at home. JoAnn was also quick to responding to us when we needed her. Another great stay!!

This was our second year in this rental & it was another great stay for our family. The place was clean upon entering & there was everything we needed in the kitchen & other supplies that are available in case we forgot to bring. We love the balcony & the pool. Great location

The condo was lovely. We had a few issues with the toilets, the liner in the first bathroom was moldy the tiles and bathroom floors could have been cleaner. The master bedroom bed was very uncomfortable due to the beds are old and we were sinking in two holes. Otherwise it was a nice place. Thank you so much.

Hi Valerie, I’m sorry to hear you had some issues. The toilets are a common problem in our building and Ocean City, they do work. I am surprised to hear about the liner. That may have just started because the last time I was there there was nothing on it and when I went in I did notice slight discoloration at the bottom and changed it but it was not moldy. The tiles have natural discoloration. The floors are always extremely clean, in fact I think 80% of my reviews mention the cleanliness of my place. The mattress is actually fairly new. There was also a new mattress topper on the bed which may have been the reason you were so uncomfortable. That has since been removed from on top of the mattress. I apologize you were so uncomfortable. My daughter and I are very responsive, and I would have come immediately to fix any issues that arose. Thanks for your feedback! Joann

Absolutely a great place!

We stayed here for the second time and it was just as great as our first stay in 2021. The location in midtown has you not far from anywhere around OCMD. The beach is only a short two block walk, with a safe crosswalk to get to and from the there. And our daily routine became three hours of beach time, followed by two hours of the condo building’s nice pool and spa tub, before getting ready to head out for some nightlife and dinner. The owner was great in staying in touch with us to ask if we needed anything, as well as advising us that we could get into the condo early on the first day we were arriving. It is a great place for a family and certainly for a middle aged couple, like we are now! I have been renting both condos and hotel rooms in OCMD for years and Sunset Bay and this condo is by far the best value I have seen. We hope to book it again in 2024! John & Nancy

Family vacation

We stayed at Sunset Bay in July 2023 with my parents and my two children (6 people total). We were in Ocean City for a dance competition at the Roland E. Powell convention centre and for a bit of a vacation as well. The location of Sunset Bay was perfect - a quick 2-5 minute drive to the convention centre, or a nice 20 minute walk. We were within a 2 minute walk to the beach across the street and very close to a number of great restaurants, activities, and stores. We rarely had to drive anywhere. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our entire family. It has a lovely wrap-around balcony with a view of the pool (which was handy to see if it was busy or not). The condo is right on the end of the building, which meant there was almost no foot-traffic in front of the unit. Parking was very convenient, the overall facility was clean and the pool was fantastic. Beds and pillows were comfortable, kitchen and bathrooms were clean, and laundry in the room was very handy. If you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs because the seagulls are VERY noisy - especially between 4 and 7 am. The front bedroom has blinds, but the flood lights from the condo do shine through which makes it very bright in the room. Thank you Joann for the lovely stay. Our family had a great time and hope to come back to Ocean City again in the future!

Nice condo in a great location!

My friend and I enjoyed staying here for several days. Check-in was a breeze, the condo was clean and comfortable, and parking is included. The pool was a nice added bonus! The location is great - just across the street from the beach and lots of restaurants and bars nearby. We would definitely stay again!

Just Right…

After a year of Quarantine and missing the boardwalk , I was super excited to stay at Sunset Bay. Thankfully I booked in February to ensure we were able to stay there. We’ve stayed at these condos just about every summer and have never had any issues. Joanne was super easy to communicate with and answered any and all questions I had. The condo it’s self was beautiful and clean. ( really spacious balcony) My daughter definitely enjoyed the master bedroom, and the jacuzzi type bath tub was her all time favorite. Would definitely recommend for any family/beach goers. Thank you Joanne for all you’re help and hope to stay again! :)

I took a couples trip to ocean city and stayed here over a weekend in June. Our stay was exceptional! The property is very quiet and peaceful. It’s far enough north of the boardwalk that the surrounding beaches are much less crowded. The condo was very clean and comfortable, and so cozy. The included parking was great. Everything that we needed they supplied (Dishes - including cute mugs :), bed linens, extra pillows, etc. Definitely recommend!!

The property at Sunset Bay was very clean and well stocked! It was an exceptional condo for our girl's weekend. We will definitely be booking again!! Great experience, accommodations and beach trip.

we would absolutely love to stay here again!! its so clean and located perfectly!! lots of space and very well equipped!! hopefully the next time we stay its for a longer period of time :) thank you so much joann and family!!
