Our Philosophy: The perfect vacation is comprised by many factors, with the most important of
them being the accommodation. Overall, this apartment is the perfect place to stay, with its prime location, interesting decoration, and comfortable amenities, sure you’ll have an enjoyable experience.

This first floor apartment is an old mansion with comfortable, warm and welcoming space, filled with natural light all over, offering to guests a pleasant and relaxing stay.

The most appropriate accommodation for families and friends, since this
apartment provide accommodation for up to seven people. But also for couples,
professionals and for everyone else who want to combine a comfortable stay with
direct access to the center of city and the sea at once ! All are naturally
approachable in walking distance, beaches Grimbovo & Psani, the port, market,
banks, restaurants, coffee places etc.

As for the interior architecture of the building: as you step inside, you’ll
immediately be impressed by the high ceilings, the unique and stylish art
decoration and the various antiques mixed with traditional and contemporary elements.

It is a charming and spacious apartment of 125 sq.m with two bedrooms, an open
space attic, one bathroom, a W.C. with a laundry, an open kitchen to the large
living room and balconies all around with view to the sea.

The two large boho stylished bedrooms with king size double beds (1.80x 2.00), both equipped with soft linens and pillows, further amenities : smart TV 42”, open closets as storage space and an air conditioning and heating system.

The open space attic with a king size bed (1.80×2.00) with the portable cooled air fan.

Bathroom features a large shower tray with water ejector, fresh towels, and
complimentary toiletries for your convenience. There is also a W.C., which
provides to guests a fully equipped laundry room, with a washing machine and
a dryer.

In the living room there is a sofa witch can used also as a single bed and a 65”
smart TV, an open spaced kitchen, fully equipped as it has everything you need
to whip up a delicious meal with all the electrical devices you need.

The apartment is furnished with various antiques, mixed with contemporary
furniture and objects, giving its character of an old classic mansion.

All bed linen, linens, pillows, quilts, towels are high quality products. Specifically
our two double king sizes mattresses belongs to Royal Crown Collection (Mystique) and the mattress in the king size bed at the attic belongs to ‘’COCOMAT’’.

Heating and Cooling

The apartment provides an independent heating system with heating oil but also has an A’ class Air-Condition in the living room and an A’ class Air-Condition in one bedroom and a heater in the other bedroom

A’ class Air-Condition 24 btu in the living room and

an A’ class Air-Condition 9 btu in one bedroom and

a big floor fan in the 2nd bedroom.
