THE ACCOMMODATION:
The ornate Master Bedroom has a King Size Bed and ensuite shower room with a toilet. A standout feature of the room is a beautiful freestanding bath for guests to make the most of the ambiance in this room. Bedroom two is a Double Bedroom and comes furnished with a King Size Bed and also has an ensuite shower room with a toilet. The third bedroom is a Double Room and features doors which open out onto the conservatory.

As you enter the property you arrive at a large hallway with a quirky dining area, perfect for family meals. From here you will find a separate lounge, which is spacious and well-furnished and includes a FLATSCREEN SMART TV with SKY TV. FREE WIFI is available for holiday lets (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider).

The property has a modern kitchen which is equipped with a GAS RANGE COOKER - DISHWASHER - AMERICAN FRIDGE/FREEZER INSTANT HOT WATER TAP - WINE FRIDGE - MICROWAVE. The property also benefits from a utility room with the added convenience of a WASHING MACHINE.

Leading from the kitchen is a spacious conservatory with garden views, a dining area and a seating area with a sofa and a SMART TV.

The accommodation has a separate shower room with a toilet. From the light-filled conservatory, patio doors lead to the patio area, lawn area and decking. The decked area offers rattan furniture for guests to relax in this outside space.

The property is accessed via electric gates and the private driveway generously offers parking for up to three cars.

THE LOCAL AREA:
Comfortably situated between Bournemouth and Christchurch, Boscombe is a slightly smaller, quieter area. Whilst being an integral part of Bournemouth, Boscombe offers a variety of amenities should you wish to remain local. The local Boscombe High Street offers a selection of shops, high street stores, cafes and restaurants. This area is known for being a seaside resort with an abundance of shopping and activity of its own. Whilst Bournemouth is famous for its chines, Boscombe has its own. Boscombe Chine is a verdant delight of woodland walks where you may watch out for squirrels, and with a round of crazy golf thrown in for good measure. Surrounded by the famous sandy beaches of Bournemouth and for those who like to start the day the right way, the sea off Boscombe beach is perfect for an early morning swim. Offering a clean, quiet beach for you to make use of and with its own pier, Boscombe is located in an area which allows you to easily explore the surrounding areas. Southbourne beach is very close by and is easily accessed from the Portman Ravine or Fishermans Walk zig-zag paths, there is also a funicular Victorian cliff lift in Southbourne. You will find a playground for children, crazy golf and the popular Cafe Riva serving food and beverages located on the cliff top. The seasonal land train runs along the promenade to the coastal town centre of Bournemouth with its extensive shopping and entertainment facilities, a plethora of restaurants and bars and even more fabulous award winning beaches.
