On the entrance level, you’ll find a bedroom with a complete bathroom that's perfect for accommodating your guests in style. As you head upstairs, you’ll find yourself in the master bedroom, which boasts two sets of wardrobes and a spacious en-suite bathroom and access to the terrace. There are two further bedrooms on this floor, both of which have direct access to the terrace and offer stunning views of the beach as well.
On top of all that, he rooftop terrace is an absolute dream, featuring fitness equipment, a pergola, and breathtaking 360-degree views that are sure to take your breath away. Whether you're looking to get your heart pumping or simply want to soak up some sunshine, this space has got you covered! And if you need some time to unwind, head downstairs to our lower floor level, where you’ll find two further double bedrooms, each filled with natural light and a shared, full bathroom. But that’s not all - this level also features a spa area, complete with a Jacuzzi bath, steam bath, sauna, and showers, providing you all you need for ultimate relaxation.

• PetsAs much as we love pets, we need to know what type of pet you are planning to travel with before we can accept your wishes. Please just ask us in the chat and we will answer immediately.
• No PartiesYou are of course allowed to play music during the day and evenings but it should be on a level that do not disturbs any of the neighbors. From 10PM it shall be very quiet out of respect for your neighbors who live in Marbella full time
work during the mornings. If you are planning to party, please let us know so you can instead be recommended some 'party friendly' properties. There is also zero tolerance for using drugs in the property.
• AC/HeaterTurn off the AC while you are not at home and when you are checking out please. Keep all windows closed when you use the system for the best effect.
• Security depositPlease respect community rules and leave the property in similar condition as when you arrived except from cleaning. We want to return the deposit and if you respect the rules there will be no problems. Failure to respect the community (Party, loud music etc) will result in you loosing the security deposit or in the worst case scenario that you need to leave the property earlier than expected so please respect that.
• Check in is possible between 4.00-9.00 PM.Later arrival is also possible for a charge of 40 Euros (In between 9.00 PM - 5.00 AM).
• Check-out is at latest 11AM.
• You will get a booklet before your arrival with information of extra services: Airport transfer, car rental, daily cleaning, baby equipment, private chef, grocery stocking and also a guide with recommendations that we have gathered through out the years in Marbella.
