Residenza del Porto is located in a residence of a few homes, with a swimming pool overlooking the lake. It is a recently renovated house, with modern furnishings and high quality finishes. Modern and equipped kitchen, bedrooms available with up to 5 beds. It is also possible to use the double sofa bed. Private garden, furnished for lunch and dinner outside. Covered parking space, with gate remote control. The location is very favorable because in two minutes on foot you will be at the port of Padenghe and you can use the lakeside promenade to reach restaurants and bars facing the lake. The center of Padenghe is a 10-minute walk away.

Descriptions and rules:
It is mandatory to complete the fast check-in via email to receive the information to access the accommodation.
You will be asked to enter your personal data, sign the mandatory contract with the property online and perform facial recognition.
In the contract it will be explicit that it is mandatory to deposit the deposit requested by credit card in security form, as a guarantee for any damages. 
It is forbidden to welcome minors unaccompanied by parents.
