We feel it is a Great advantage to live on the other side of this condo. We are constantly being sure the condo is in tip top condition. We want to have vacationers feel like they made some friends when they leave.

Great rental

House was clean and well maintained. Very convenient to the race track for us and all the downtown Elkhart Lake activities. Will definitely rent again.

Great option in Elkhart Lake WI

This is a really nice option for going to the track at Road America and having easy access to downtown Elkhart Lake. The beds were comfortable - internet was fast and you actually can park your car in the garage. We made breakfast in the kitchen, packed a lunch for the track and then walked into Elkhart Lake for dinner (so no worries about parking in downtown during busy track weekends). Overall a great place run by some of the nicest people you will ever meet.

My son and I made our first visit to Elkhart Lake for the Indy Car race at Road America. John was the perfect host. He met us when we arrived and went through all the features of the property. He also suggested several local places to eat. The location was within walking distance to town and a short drive to the track. The house was super clean, check out was easy. Highly recommend!

Everything you could need!

This is a great place for a short or long stay. It is a mile at best from the center of town and the lake. Really nice home with everything you could think of. Bath was nice and water pressure was great. Host is super friendly and extremely gracious. I was there to work and relax. I rode my bike, so I enjoyed that I had a garage to store the bikes in. I would come again.

Perfect spot to stay when visiting family

This was the perfect place for us when visiting our family. It was close to downtown and allowed us easy access to all the wonderful restaurants Elkhart Lake has to offer.

A quiet, comfortable, neat and tidy retreat

We spent a week with our 2 grandchildren 6 & 8 during covid-19 and were greatly relieved to find a place that provided everything we needed, including sanitizers. The hosts, John and Lorrie, are extremely welcoming and generous people and it was clear if we felt lacking in anything they would provide. The apartment is extremely clean, no odors, which matters to me, with like new appliances and comfortable spaces. We found the beds comfortable. There is also a basement with couches if more space was needed. Even though the duplex is located on a main road, it was extremely quiet and private. Sitting outside on the private small patio you really could not hear any road noise, nor could you hear much of any outside noise while inside. The view from the living room is an undeveloped naturalized area which was nice. The outside space allowed for the grandchildren to safely ride their bikes. It was an easy walk into town. I would definitely stay here again.

We keep our place in tip top condition mainly because it is easy to do because we live on the other side of the condo, unlike most Rentals.

Close but not too close to downtown

Homey quiet clean place. John and Lorrie were perfect hosts, just next door and totally Wisconsin nice! A short walk from downtown Elkhart Lake and close enough for us to walk to dinner each evening. Highly recommended!

Perfect in every way...

John was awesome. We were looking for a quiet space within walking distance to the village and the lake. This was so perfect. The walk into town was so nice - we made friends with a lot of Elkhart's dogs. It was just great. Plenty of space in the home with everything we could have needed. Highly recommended.

Wonderful place to stay at!

The condo is clean and has all the comforts of home. It has a beautiful back yard to enjoy the view while sitting in the comfortable patio setting. Also, it is not far to walk to town. John & Lorrie are wonderful hostesses. I would definitely recommend staying there.

We try to make vacationers experience Great! Neat & Clean inside & out. You will even have a newer patio set that seats 6 with newer cushions, umbrella with a view of tall pine trees & no view of neighbors to deal with. A Very private setting with little noise for peace & quiet. You will see lots of birds and wildlife. Many Guests comment-They love that they can use the remote controls to open the overhead garage door to just drive in the attached garage (Especially when raining out).

My wife grew up 10 miles to the North in New Holstein, Wis but after living in Elkhart Lake she just Loves it here and does not want to live anywhere else. We have 3 girls which are all married with 7 Grand children. We know the area Very Well so we could help you in many ways to enjoy your stay in Elkhart Lake.

This is a Premium well kept up owner occupied property. Owners are empty nesters, no pets, non smoking and keep the yard looking top notch. POSSIBLE inside CAR STORAGE for your race/show car, $75 per night charge. 4 garages have steel insulated overhead doors measuring 8'10" wide x 6'11" and 11'6" x 27' w/cement floors. 1 garage has a steel insulated overhead door measuring 8'8"wide x 6'6" high and 12'6" x 25'6" w/a $1400 professionally epoxied floor for $95 a night. Also available for for $95 a night is a garage for while your here renting it. winter storage are 2 of the spaces heated for$300 a month for either of the 2 heated spaces.
