A modern, independent kitchen fully equipped for your stay. It includes a stove, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, coffee maker, electric water heater, and a washing machine, along with all the necessary crockery and utensils.



Bedroom:

The flat features a peaceful bedroom with a double bed, a built-in wardrobe, and ample storage space. For a perfect start to your day, the bedroom also offers direct access to the balcony.



Bathroom:

A complete and clean bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower with glass screens, a washbasin, toilet, and bidet.

House Rules: No smoking and no pets allowed. No groups of teenagers (minimum age of 25 for the primary guest). No parties or events allowed.



Quiet Hours: To ensure the tranquility of the community, quiet hours are observed from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.



Linens & Cleaning: Bed sheets, towels, and hygiene products are included. Beach towels are not provided.



Laundry: The unit is equipped with a washing machine and ironing facilities.



A/C: Please note there is one split-type A/C unit located in the living room.
