The swimming pool is private for the exclusive use of guests of Villa Cavaliere. In the rooms you can have single or double beds, according to your needs we can also add single beds or cots at no additional cost. Villa il Cavaliere is located just 2 km from the center of Noto and its famous Cathedral of San Corrado, and a little further from the most beautiful beaches in Sicily. It is located on a hill, reserved among olive and almond trees, but open to the sea. Olive trees, almond trees and lawns mitigate the temperature during the hottest hours of the day, while the private swimming pool (4m x 10m) for the exclusive use of the villa's guests offers the perfect refreshment in the summer heat. The villa has a large living room with sitting area, dining area and direct access to the kitchen, which thanks to a large sliding glass door can be connected to the external area in a single space, allowing you to cook practically outdoors, adjacent to the large veranda. If you love the Sicilian atmosphere, this place will fascinate you. The surfaces are approximately as follows: house 140 m2, porch 50 m2 with further external terraces for a total of 50 m2. The private property extends over an area of 6000 m2 of which 1500 m2 are used as gardens and lawns.

Villa Pettegola has a bedroom with a double room and respective internal entrances, a bathroom and a laundry room. You can have single or double beds, however it is possible to add single beds or cots for children at no extra charge. The beds will be arranged according to the guests' needs, compatibly with the spaces available. Modern villa full of light, composed of: living room, dining area and kitchen, veranda and panoramic patio. The location is unique. We are just 2 kilometers from the center of Noto and its renowned cathedral of San Corrado and a little further from the most beautiful beaches in Sicily. Villa Pettegola is a holiday home built on the first hill of Gioi, shyly nestled between olive and almond trees but boldly facing the sea. Olive trees, almond trees and English lawns mitigate the temperature in the hottest hours while its private mini hydromassage pool (approximately 2x2 metres) for the exclusive use of the villa's guests offers the perfect refreshment from the summer heat. Villa la Pettegola  has a truly breathtaking sea view! If you love the Sicilian atmosphere, you will be in love with this villa, a unique space that has no equal: 60 m2 house, 20 m2 covered veranda, 20 m2 patio with hydromassage. Private land of approximately 3,000 m2 of which 800 are used as a garden and English lawns.
