The property is located on the 4th floor of the building with lift or stair access.

Self-check in is from 3pm on date of arrival and all details for accessing the property will be sent out 24-hours prior to your stay. Standard check-out time is 10am. PLEASE NOTE: The keys for the property will be available for pick-up from our local Keynest which is a 4min walk or drive from the property.

PARKING
Paid parking is available in the numerous local car parks and there is some on-street parking down the road (<1min walk). You will receive further instructions about parking within your check-in details.

Our detailed House Rules will be sent to you after booking but please note:
- No parties or events are allowed at any time.
- We cannot accommodate pets at this property.
- Guests must not smoke within the property at any time and any used cigarettes must be stubbed out and disposed of safely. Please do not throw these onto the floor.
