The UMBRIANO flat is a splendid three-roomed flat located on the ground floor with a private garden equipped for outdoor dining and a splendid view of the valley.
The flat consists of a living room with an equipped kitchenette, two double/twin bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.
Ideal for four persons, the Umbriano flat can accommodate one or two extra persons in the double sofa bed in the living room (for a maximum of 6 persons).
At guests' disposal: swimming pool equipped with reserved sun umbrella, sun beds and deckchairs, parking, barbecue area, relaxation area with hammocks in the olive grove. Free wi-fi area by the pool.

The Santa Croce farmhouse has six independent flats, all equipped with kitchen. All services are reserved exclusively for the guests of the farmhouse to guarantee privacy and peace. Surrounded by a large family olive grove, the Santa Croce flats are the perfect place for those seeking to relax and disconnect from everyday life.

The farmhouse is set in a panoramic and privileged position with respect to the village of Ferentillo located at the bottom of the valley and less than a kilometre away. A ten-minute walk (800 metres) takes you to the main square of the village where you can find everything, grocery store, bank, post office, hairdresser, green cross, public gardens, town hall.
In the area (3-7 km) there are several and numerous catering opportunities (typical restaurant, pizzeria, trattoria, osteria and a convenient rotisserie). The nearest bar for breakfast is only 100 metres away.
Guests of the farmhouse have a discount on the entrance ticket to the spectacular Marmore waterfall, only 9 km away and reachable by bike or on foot along a convenient cartroad (Greenway del Nera)!

The Valnerina is a paradise for those who love active holidays, offering easy walks along the river or trekking trails to discover ghost towns, fortified castles, abbeys or panoramic peaks. There are also many itineraries for mountain bikers and e-bikers, with the possibility of hiring bikes and being accompanied by an expert guide.
Along the river Nera you can go rafting (also soft), hydrospeed, canoeing and river walking (trekking on the bed of the Marmore Falls).
The Santa Croce farmhouse is also in a strategic position for visiting the small villages of the Valnerina or the most famous Umbrian cities such as Assisi, Spoleto, Perugia, Norcia, Montefalco, Todi...all reachable in less than an hour!
